Relaxing Facial

I had a facial with Kelly and it was SO relaxing! I was nervous because the girl I usually see at glo moved on to another spa, but I love glo and decided to try someone new. Not only was it relaxing, Kelly was very thorough with extractions and did a great job on my eyebrows too. I will be back to see Kelly in the future.

• Pros: Free Parking, HUGE selection of skincare, cute store
• Cons: no more massages

miracle makeup!

I had laser resurfacing on my face recently and my doctor recommended that I start using mineral makeup - for the coverage and because the ingredients are so great for your skin. So I went into glo to check out the glominerals makeup. At first I was a little embarrassed because my face was still really red. The girls there made me feel very comfortable right away. One of the girls spent over an hour with me, going over everything from foundation to eye makeup to lipgloss . When she was done, I looked like a whole new person! I bought everything and I love it. It covers so well, and it's easy to apply on my own, at home. I've told all of my friends about glominerals - mostly because they've asked me what I'm using because it looks so good - and natural! That's a nice compliment considering that I'm actually wearing quite a bit of makeup right now to cover the red from the laser. I would recommend glominerals to everyone! And I would highly recommend glo skincare - it was a 5 star experience and I will definitely be going back in the future!

Lash Extensions, makeup sessions (including wedding party), hair removal and a small range of massage and body treatments round out the service menu offerings. The boutique stocks hard to find items ranging from bath and body, gift sets, candles, fragrances, hair care, mineral makeup, and a wide selection of specialty skincare products.

Facials with Chanda

Chanda is the best ever! What else can I say about her? Oh! She is gracious, empathetic to your needs and concerns and treats you like you deserve to be pampered when you walk into GLO. I see her exclusivley for my facials and eyebrows. She is gentle and creates a nurturing, relaxing zen environment for you when she does facials. This is my time that I use to get away from the everyday stresses of life, my whole hour with Chanda is amazing- I walk out of GLO feeling amazing and looking amazing. 5 stars, no doubt, definitely the place anybody should choose for their first expereince is GLO Salon in Denver.

• Pros: The smell when you walk in, the products, the great customer service
• Cons: Parking can be a little crazy, sometimes okay

great massage from Shawna

I've had many massages in Denver and recently tried glo. My massage with Shawna was the best I've had - EVER. She has a magic touch - no kidding. She has a way of working your muscles without going too deep or causing discomfort. The massage was so wonderful, I think I fell asleep for a minute! Her room is very relaxing and fragrant. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Wonderful facials

i have been going to Chanda for several years now for facials and eyebrow waxing. She is kind, professional and thoughtful. Her extractions never hurt. I am always sad when our time comes to an end. The products she uses smell heavenly and even when I have been a little late due to parking isssues she has not cut down on our time together. She is very intuitive and is truly a great aesthetician. I often give gift certificates to see Chanda as gifts to loved ones. I would recommend her to anyone.

Problems: Front store staff can be cold and the parking can be absolutely stressful if your appointment is after 3PM on almost any day.

• Pros: Chanda's space is great. Warm and nurturing

Great Eyelash Extentions

Chanda is amazing! She did my eyelash extentions for my wedding and they turned out BEAUTIFUL. I got so many compliments on how I had the most beautiful eyelashes! Of course I only admitted to a few that they were extentions. Even the makeup artist was amazed by them saying that they were the best she'd ever seen. You have got to try Chanda!

Best Waxing

I have been a lot of places for waxing, but I have finally found THE place! Chanda is so great. My eyebrows have never looked this good! I have really thin brows and had started to fill them in with pencils, powders - you name it, but they never looked natural. Chanda tinted and waxed and tweezed and snipped and now I have full, perfect eyebrows! No more filling them in - and the price is fair and SO worth it! I also recently had a brazilian bikini wax for the first time with Chanda and she made me feel completely comfortable and the pain was minimal. She is truly good at what she does.

Chanda has a client for life.

Great Shopping

The first thing you notice about Glo when you walk in, besides that it's cute, is that it smells so good! They have a really great selection of skincare products as well as fragrances and gifts. I love going in to see what's new and to chat with the staff. It's fun to hang out and play with girly stuff like perfume and make up - it's a great place to treat yourself to! I would definitely recommend stopping in to check it out.

Chanda Rocks!
