I have found all of the teachers at Samadhi to be OUTSTANDING. A few of my faves include Sara Messmer, Beth Sanchez, Paul Haffey, Jeremy Wolf, Adam Ayers, Britney, Julieta. You can not go wrong at this cozy, welcoming studio. Great asana instructions along with savasana and meditation guidance.

Samadhi is a wonderful place to practice yoga. There are so many unique teachers and classes. Sara Mesmer is one of my favorite teachers. It's not so much what she teaches, but how she teaches. She fills the room with love and kindness. She truly makes me want to be a better person.

Samadhi offers an all around yoga experience from the community offering, breathing focused classes, practices for all levels, restorative for the over worked, yin for the stressed and tight to musical classes for a little guided relaxation. The teachers and staff are all a pleasure. The space is unique and soothing. I am so happy to have found a real yoga studio and practice!

New to Denver, I was given a community the minute I walked into Samadhi Yoga's door. Beautiful, clean, sacred spaces. Dedicated, joyful, fun teachers. A space to go to fuel up on some inner light!

A space that lifts and enlightens body and spirit. Community driven. Soul inspired. Join us and discover pieces of yourself long forgotten. Yoga as it was meant to be experienced.

After taking a little break, I have started back at Samadhi and I am ecstatic! Dave Briggs is such a treat. At 7 in the morning he is always happy and ready to teach. I feel as though he really knows his stuff. He does lots of partner work so you can really go deep into the poses. All in all its a beautiful experience. And there are many other great teachers here as well, there is definitely something for everyone...

Best yoga teachers in the city! Try all different types of yoga classes, there is something for everyone here!. The moment I entered Samadhi I knew that this is where I belonged! Everyone there makes you feel like you're family! I just finished the Yoga Teacher Training program which has enriched my life and lightened my spirit! There are always wonderful workshops happening throughout the year to enhance your yoga practice. The samadhi experience is too hard to put into words, you really just have to go and see for yourself...

Denver's Greatest Yoga Experience!!. Samadhi has it all... intensely challenging classes to the more relaxed and meditative classes. I can always find something that fits my changing needs. They have the most skilled and flat-out wonderful teachers. The environment is absolutely award-winning gorgeous and the community of yogis is the best I've found anywhere.

Thanks Samadhi for offering us this sweet gem!!!

Not Corporate Yoga!. Beautiful studio with authentic sights and sounds of yoga. Not an antiseptic fitness studio with lots of amenities, but warm, inviting, and enlightened. Pillows, bolsters and mats abound. If you're uncomfortable with chanting, healing and true, studied yoginis, this is not the place for you. I was uncomfortable at first, but relaxed more and more as Rebecah's 1 1/2 hour class went on. You will not torch 1,000 calories in an hour, but you will come out feeling relaxed and renewed.
