The moment I entered Samadhi I knew that this is where I belonged! Everyone there makes you feel like you're family! I just finished the Yoga Teacher Training program which has enriched my life and lightened my spirit! There are always wonderful workshops happening throughout the year to enhance your yoga practice. The samadhi experience is too hard to put into words, you really just have to go and see for yourself...

Pros: EVERYTHING...oh yeah, and easy free parking too : )

Samadhi has it all... intensely challenging classes to the more relaxed and meditative classes. I can always find something that fits my changing needs. They have the most skilled and flat-out wonderful teachers. The environment is absolutely award-winning gorgeous and the community of yogis is the best I've found anywhere. Thanks Samadhi for offering us this sweet gem!!!

Beautiful studio with authentic sights and sounds of yoga. Not an antiseptic fitness studio with lots of amenities, but warm, inviting, and enlightened. Pillows, bolsters and mats abound. If you're uncomfortable with chanting, healing and true, studied yoginis, this is not the place for you. I was uncomfortable at first, but relaxed more and more as Rebecah's 1 1/2 hour class went on. You will not torch 1,000 calories in an hour, but you will come out feeling relaxed and renewed.

Pros: Chanting, incense, and lots of pillows in restorative class

Cons: Can be uncomfortable for 1st time yoga students

Yoga at Samadhi is how I feel a yoga in a studio should feel. The instructors are creative and caring, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is calming. There are a lot of different methods available at Samadhi - power yoga, kundalini, iyengar, jivamukti, etc. Everything there feels authentic.

Pros: Different styles, beautiful studio, Amazing teachers

Cons: Some scheduling
