Best salon in Denver!!!

I have been going to the Yacht Club for years and I have never had a bad experience!!! All of the employees are extremely friendly and helpful, and the service is unbeatable!! I always walk out of there completely satisfied with the services I have received. Whether it is my nails, my skin care, or my hair it is always top notch!!! I have visited many salons in the Denver area and I would recommend the Yacht Club to anyone and everyone I know!!

Heidi You are the Best

I just want to say how much I appreciate the service at the Yacht Club. Heidi is the best! I did not trust anyone with my hair and it was well below my waist for many years. After some gentle coaxing from Heidi I finally let her cut and color my hair. I have never been happier with my hair and have had many complimets about the change. Also Linda is great and so are all of the girls that work for Heidi. Keep up the great work we all appreciate everything you do:)

Great salon with professional people

It doesn't matter what style I need for my hair, Heidi always does it right! I just let her know what mood I am in, where I will be traveling too (hot, humid, or dry areas, etc), and/or how much time I plan on spending on my hair everyday, and she takes it from there and ALWAYS comes up with a great style! I have never had highlights done like Heidi does them. She is so meticulous and they always turns out great! Her staff (love Linda!) are extremely professional and courteous. I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and was so glad when Heidi bought the place because then I knew she wouldn't be going anyplace else. I have recommended this salon for several friends and they too are impressed. Thank you Heidi for all the years of great looking hair!!

On Top of The Game

First let me say that I am Extremely selective who I allow to cut my hair. I wear a short cut that is great if it is cut well, but is very difficult to manage otherwise. I discovered Lynn 3 years ago and was cautiously optimistic at my first appointment. Lynn began by talking with me about my hairstyle and what I do and do not like in the cut. She listened patiently and attentively and then gave me an awesome haircut. She has been my hairstylist ever since. I am very impressed with Lynn's level of expertise, dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to ongoing professional development. I highly recommend the Yacht Club Salon and Spa and OF COURSE--Lynn Stinnette.

Great place for cut and color

Lynn Stinnette is a great stylist I have been getting my haircuts and color done by her for years, and I am never unhappy. The salon has a great atmosphere and I am very happy everytime I leave there, I would recommend going here for any service!

Don't Hate

I have to write this because this is silly. There seems to be a few disgrunteld ex employees that are writing fake reveiws to bash our owner. I am a LONG time employee of this salon and no longer want to hear this nonsense. They are pretending to be clients and writing these bad reveiws, kind of childish I think, If they were really clients why would they be writing about our owner in the first place. As a client you are taken care of by the person who is giving you a service you probobly don't even know who th owner is. Anyways this is what I have to say......In EVERY buisness in every job no matter what it is their are codes of conduct and we are no different. We are a very professional salon so we expect great things from the girls who work here. You need to dress professional, show up to work on time, not talk to your client about YOUR inappropriate behavior and all your drama, keep up on your education and your license, don't run late for every client, show up for work, and please dont do illegal things in the place where we all work and LOVE. When these things happen our owner has to protect all of her staff and her clients that love this salon and she lets them go.THANK GOD! In ANY job that I know about you would be let go as well.If you are so happy where you are now then why waste your time bashing us move along. I love this place the girls are like family to me and heidi is a part of that. If she has to let someone go it hurts her too but she has to run a BUISNESS, She is not there to babysit you.I do not want this to be a open forum for disgrunteled ex employees but I am tired of this sneaky stuff. We are now drama free in this salon and very happy. We love are owner we love each other and our clients are the best and most fun clients around. They know when they come to this salon they will be treated kindly will get a excellent service and all are PROFESSIONALS are top notch! we have a great reputation and are always trying to go above and beyond. I personally thank my owner for keeping her staff the best quality around, And if she was so terrible you would have left on your own free will...... Love you Heidi.........All the staff at the yacht club.

heidi not a goog owner

This is a salon i would never go to again heidi the owner dose not treat her staff very well i agree with one of the reviews I read on the sight she is power hungury and all she cares about is how much money her employees bring in she is very fire happy and gets rid of people all the time i used to have my wife get her nail and massage services there and the two best people she had working there for her its sad that she just cares about her self and her money because i will never go there again the only reason I ever went there was to make my wife happy with her nails and massage and now we need to find new people for our services. Its real sad that she just gets rid of great and talented people and throw them away. So very sad this had to happen

Amazing Massage

I had a massage from Kris this morning and it was amazing. In the past I have had massage's at the Yacht Club and they were okay, but this one was amazing. Kris is new to the Yacht Club and I am so thankful they found her. I am very tickelish on my feet and when I told Kris this she respected that. She stayed away from my toes. Also when I asked her to work on my back she did exactly that.

Great Stylists!!

Brooklyn did a great job with my highlights and color. I told Brooklyn that I wanted brown color, to cover my gray, but a great brown color that would compliment my skin color and eyes. She gave me a great all over brown and then really lovely highlights that are just right for me. I was so pleased with the results that I sent my daughter to see Lynn. My daughter is younger and is more willing to experiment. Lynn gave ME and my daughter a cut and highlights that we both were very happy with. Lynn is very sweet and an excellent listener. I am very pleased with the Yacht Club and would highly recommend it to all mothers and daughters.

So Fun!

I have been going to this salon for years now. My stylist Alicia D. has worked there for ten years and she is wonderful!. What I really love about this place is they really get to know you, The receptionist remembers me by name and even talks to me about my last vacation. All the girls as they walk past me stop and say hello. I have been to other salons in the past and it seemed like everytime I would find a stylist I liked she would move around to different salons and I would have to chase her down. The staff at the yacht club must be pretty happy because a lot of the stylist's here have worked in this salon for a while. Their are a lot of expeirienced stylist who are up to date and soooo much fun! What a neat group!

Pure Bliss

I just had a microderm AND facial with Crystal and I tell you that was PURE BLISS! Crystal is obviously a gentle, knowledgeable,professional woman who seems to work with the intention of giving the client her best. I have experienced several services at the Yacht Club Salon, but this one has to have been my favorite. The atmosphere at the Yacht Club salon is one of teamwork and appreciation. The staff seems to genuinely care for one another and this seems to be fostered by the owner Heidi. It takes a very savy and genuine manager to put together a staff such as this. Hats off to her! I will be a loyal customer FOREVER.
