This place is awful. I can only deduce that the people in the area just don't know what good food/service is, which is why they think the place is so great. The food is just ok, way greasy with way too much cheese. The salsa is runny and watery. The green chili is one good thing there. Oh did I mention the wannabe ceviche? It's disgusting. Our waiter pretty much threw the plate down on the table. From what we could tell, it's made up of mushrooms and covered in lime juice concentrate and, well, something else. Just disgusting. The service now -- well, it depends on who you are. If you are Mexican or at least Spanish speaking, then you will be treated like gold. Otherwise, you are treated like cr*p. I watched customers being treated badly, but it seems they like this! We went to their new place on 104th -- even worse. We watched as the bartender served Mexican couple after couple. When she finally felt we deserved a drink, she made a margarita out of tequila and orange juice!!!!!! This is how they make their money. Instead of making a good drink with Cointreau, they use OJ!!! Never again. We finally got a table. The waiter wouldn't even bother looking at us. He was really rushing us (a common theme in their restaurants -- rush so we can get as much money as possible off of these suckers!), we finally just walked out. Go to Jalisco's on 104th by the Red Lobster. Authentic and very kind people.

Cons: just about everything else, I can't believe this place is so busy
