Very Impressed!. My husband and I just moved to Colorado and since we got her we've heard nothing but great things about Carrabba's, so we thought we'd try it for an early Valentine's dinner. Our waiter was Alex and he was very good! I ordered a side of green beans and after ordering a manager came to our table to let me know they were out of green beans and offered another option. I didn't think anything of it really and ordered the other option. During our meal Alex came to our table to apologize and offer us a complimentary dessert for the mix up. To be honest, the steak I ordered was so incredible I barely touched the vegatables, which were pretty tastey too. At the end of our meal the manager brought us the most amazing chocolate dessert and apologized again. I was very impressed with the lengths they went to to ensure we'd be returning customers, and we definitely will be! It was a wonderful dinner!  View Less View More

An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain.. In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.  View Less View More

Surprisingly good food at Carrabba's. Great food and atmosphere. Feels more romantic in the booths than alot of the higher end restaurants and the food is not just your normal chain italian but has surpirses like chicken with a port and fig reduction, For a full review with pictures see my blog at www.milehigheater.blogspot.c o m  View Less View More

Fantastic dining experience!. My wife and I had the culinary experience of a lifetime. We sat at the pasta bar and and were promptly greeted by our waiter who gracefully led us through the menu. The customer service he provided was fantastic. We split a bottle of Chianti, had Calamari Ricardo for an appitizer, and split the Linguine Pescatore. The calamari, shrimp, scallops and mussels were perfectly perpared. The wine was even presented to us by the owner of the restruant. We will definately return with family and friends.  View Less View More

I've had better. There was very little meat, mostly pasta. The bowl it was served in was warm, but the food colder.

Are you kidding?!. Give me a break! This overpriced corporate-manufactured food is not worth it. The sauces are unimaginative and taste the same, and I have never had a full water glass. Save your money and find a nice mom-and-pop joint that is authentic.  View Less View More

Carrabba's has Muscle(s)!. Very good food, especially when you consider this is a chain. Muscles are great! Mezzaluna to die for and chicken dishes that make your tummy smile. No gimmicks, just great food and a wait staff with personality! Sarafina--we miss you--good luck in your Junior year of college!  View Less View More

Love Carrabba's. I love Italian food and I love Carrabba's. Their wood fire chicken is real unique. My personal favorite is the "triple" which is one chicken breast of Chicken Marsalla, one with sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese and one with ham and cheese roasted over a wood fire that adds terrific flavor. (They use special types of wood but I can't remember what they are.) Even if it's not on the menu you can always ask for it and they'll make it for you with out any problems. For an appetizer try the muscles in white wine - they're fantastic. The food is great, the servers are always friendly and my family always has a good time.  View Less View More

F'in awesome!. Sorry about manicotti lady's bad experience, but I've been going for 5+ years and never had a bad tasting bite hit my mouth. 'Course I always get one of the grilled chicken dishes - their specialty. My fave is the Pollo Rosa Maria. Try the chicken trio - not on the menu, but to die for. If you like mussels, try the appetizer. And save the broth to dip your bread in. The waitstaff is about the best when it comes to personality. I've been taking first dates here for a long time, and Carrabba's never fails to start the evening out impressively.  View Less View More
