Day Shift Workers- NEED TO BE RETRAINED

Just wondering how you continue to have busy lunches when Your daytime servers hurry up, pretty much throw our food on the table, in order to go sit down and eat their food. They don't seem to find the time to come back and check on us or ask if We are ok. We do know however that when the second shift comes in, they turn their tickets over to them and "High tail it out of there". We don't see our original server after!! WHATS UP WITH YOUR DAYSHIFT!!!!!

(P.S.) FYI-- DAYSHIFT WORKERS -- YOUR SHIFT DOESN'T END BECAUSE IT'S A CERTAIN TIME.. YOU STILL HAVE CUSTOMERS TO ATTEND TOO!!!

La Casa Del Rey is the best mexican restaurant around! I love the service and especially now that they have a new server! He is awesome! He's jokeful with everyone around him and he makes you feel welcome while enjoying great food!!!! If you haven't tried La Casa then your missing out BIG TIME!!

Great food, but poor service

As a 20 plus year customer, I am sad to say i will not be returning to La Casa Del Rey. I was extremely disappointed by the service i had on sunday. i went in to enjoy a meal with a first time customer, and waqs treated like i didn't exsist. A new server, Travis, was rude, lazy, and snotty!!!!! He made us wait 15 min. before taking our order, (he stood talking to his co-workers most of the time). After taking our order he disappeared until our food came out, and rudely slammed onto table. Once again no sign of him at all, i had to ask the busser to get ticket for me. After all this i paid, left a tip and hear him tell a co-worker "thats all they left me!" I find this unprofessional, and very disappointing from a restaurant that has been around as long as it has, but i guess I'll have to go pay for good service at El Jardin, at least i get what i pay for there!!!!!

let me start off by saying that i've been a long time customer, and love it here, but my last 2 trips have been sub-par! i noticed that they have moved up a long time busser to a waitor, which i thought was great until i was waited on by him. he was rude not only to my family and me, but to his busser. very demanding, and no courtesy what so ever. the next time in, luckily we weren't in his area but was able to see and hear him. again he was rude and lazy, doing as little as possaible, expecting his busser to do it all (his busser served the food, not him). but the thing that bothers me the most is the way he treats people in general, he has no people skills. i hope that other customers don't have to deal with him and as far as i'm concerned the next time i'm in and he's there i will not be eating there!!!!!!

La Casa Del Rey is a great family/friend restaurant serving customers for many years now. La Casa serves great authentic Mexican food and a variety of spices to choose from for the whole family; even the little ones. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are satisfied with the food, the service, the people, the decorations, everything and everyone is amazing. I have been to La Casa a couple of times and each visit has been exquisite. I will keep going back not only for the food, but mainly for the service you get when you go there. The staff is amazing. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted and welcomed in. The friendly, enthusiastic staff definitely will keep pulling me in. Bedside the food and staff La Casa has to offer, they have several decorations that give you the feeling and edge to their name when eating and make you feel at home or like you are actually in Mexico. If you like hot and spicy, La Casa is the place for you! Their chili is amazing and their food, no matter what you order is always fresh. If you haven't tried La Casa's Mexican food yet, your missing out! So what are you waiting for? Get in here today and try their wonderful food and experience great service as it should be an a nice relaxing family setting!!!

Hands down best and most AUTHENTIC mexican food in Colorado!

La Casa has always and will always continue to be the cream of the crop when it comes to true Authentic Mexican Food. Staff are always on the ball and smiles are always there! once inside you notice the many many decorative paintings and pictures all around you that really gives La Casa thier edge and really gives La Casa its style! I have always had a blast coming to La Casa and bringing my family, great place for children to come and eat as there kid menu can't compare to most others! Of course the HOT green chile is always a must and always tastes so fresh! Any plate you get at La Casa is awesome and other restaurants cannot compare! I will continue to come to La Casa for years to come and every chance i get i am always bragg about their food and tell others they have to try it!! SO if you want the Best you got to be at La Casa Del Rey

AMAZING HOT CHILI

When you get passed the parking, this is THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD!! Our server was attentive, quick and the food came fresh! The hot chili has the perfect blend of hot, but not too hot. The pictures on the wall made our experience feel like home and were gorgeous!! If you want some the best mexican food around in a family setting, La Casa Del Rey Is where you want to be!!

BEST STUFFED SOPAPILLAS IN METRO AREA!

Casa never seems to amaze me! Everything tastes so fresh and tasty. Keep up the great work.

P.S. I love the Southwestern Art and the outside landscaping. It feels like we are in New Mexico when we come down to your restaurant.
