Sounds like a cliche but honestly best Mexican food ever. As far as dog food from a can I think that comment was written from their competition. From my personal experience service is fast, friendly, and the restaurant decor is so clean and authentic like their food?felt like vacation in Mexico especially on Fridays when the Mariachis are live---and Margaritas are never ending--try it you will love it------

Los Arcos Rocks !!!!!!!

I have visited both locations and they both rock!!! Atmosphere is great, service is quick and the food is awesome! The last time I went the green chile was hot and spicy - great taste, the way chile should be made. Not that runny stuff that you get at those other places. The margarita was great, I actually got a buzz with just one. Way to go Los Arcos! They actually put liquor in their mix - it's not just sweet n sour. I don't care what others expect but as for me and my family we have found our new mexican restaurant. Keep up the awesome work guys, see you soon.

I feel At HOME!!!!!

Well i live in lone tree and by far the best place to enjoy Mexican food. My husband and i come every other week in the morning and Eric a server at Los arcos already knows what were going to order. He alway brings out our drinks before we sit down and like always he brings out our food 2mins after. I really like the fast service and company Eric also teaches my husband and i spanish and just hangs around with us to talk. I really do recommend Los arcos because no matter what everyone is at your service!!

• Pros: Everyone is very friendly, and the food OMG!!
• Cons: Only two Locations!

Overall my experience at Los Arcos in Lone Tree was negative. First the waitress spoke only Spanish to us the whole time...it was very uncomfortable. While she was attentive to our ordering needs, she wouldn't stop the spanish speaking even after we told her that we couldn't understand her. Very annoying.... The food was seriously the worst part....my steak milensa (which is something I usually love) was tough as raw hide and wasn't prepared correctly...the steak was really thick and the breading fell right off the steak. Plus it was super bland...just inedible. My husband's tacos were a joke....the tortillas fell completely apart and the meat was just as tough as my steak. Telling everyone to avoid this place....not worth the cash! One of the worst mexican meals I have ever had.

• Pros: Waitress attentive but only spoke spanish to us...even when we asked her to stop
• Cons: Poorly prepared food, bad food quality overall

You can go to Los Arcos four times a month and order the same thing each time and it will be a new experiance . It can range from "WoW ! that was great" to ,"Can I please have some ketchup for my burrito."

How does such a succesfull restuarant thrive when the customer never knows what their going to get?

• Cons: When it's good it's good and when it's not it's not.

BEST IN WESTMINSTER & LONE TREE

My understanding is that its two brothers and their wife's working hard to maintain their parents recipes and Family atmosphere---Their doing a great Job---The food is delicious consistent and I've never experienced such fast prompt service--I've token mostly my whole family and every time I go theirs always someone in the family who makes sure all is well with our service and satisfaction. I know I have options especially in Lone Tree but when you get treated so well you always need to go back to were the service is great, the ambiance is positive and the food hot and fresh. I recommend to all who not only want a great meal but also a great experience for a low buck.

• Pros: FOOD, SERVICE, FAMILY, MARGARITAS --EVERYTHING IS A PRO
• Cons: NOTHING--have More Location

A lot people go here because they eat this food since one year old, like church ,you family take you to church every sunday because you are kid, and you go back every sunday same deal this food are worst never see. chips are seasoned chili no salt ,salsa make tomatoes cans and chile flakes, Margaritas are make with soda fountain, taco bell better

We tried the los arcos in lone tree, and it is by far the best mexican we've had since moving to CO. We went about 4pm on a sat afternoon and were seated quickly. Great atmosphere too. We order the queso, which was not great in my opinion but my husband reallt liked it. I ordered the small combo platter and my husband the los arcos platter. Both were very very tasty, presentation could have been better... but when it tastes that good they can stick it on my plate however they like. The chips were fresh and salsa was very good as well. The service was really quick, we had our food about 10min after ordering. Very large portions for the price, my husband even had left overs...which never happens!! We will def be returning.... ummm yuummm.

• Pros: Everthing, good food, great price, quick service
• Cons: none that we encontered
