No pressure, this is the way a dealership should be!

From the moment I stepped on Landmark's lot I felt comfortable. The salesman walked up to see if I needed any help I told him I was just browsing and he let me look around on my own. Usually these guys are so pushy, it was refreshing to see a believable smile on a salesman's face! Anyway, I sat down with the salesman to talk prices and I actually left there that day without the car. They weren't pushy at all, they didn't bring me into the fabled "general manager's office" (I've been there before...it's not a fun place.) They simply said, "We'll be here when you're ready for her." Can you believe it? They don't act as if their entire well being hinges on this one sale. They really are (pardon the cliche) dedicated to customer satisfaction. I guess that's why they sell so many off them! So after some thought, I returned a week later and bought an '07 MKX and I love it. I seriously recommend this dealership.
