I stopped in to Rocky Mountain Tattoo after reading some reviews online. I gave Gene my ideas that I wanted my tattoo to look like from two different pictures. I made an appointment for the next day and when I showed up and seen what Gene had done with putting the two pictures together it was outstanding! It was far better than I ever expected!! This was my first tattoo and it took about 3 hours. Gene was great to work with and the tattoo was even better once finished! His quote was very close to what I actually paid, and gave me full instructions with paperwork on how to take care of my tattoo. For a first timer or 50th tattoo, I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Tattoo!!!
Pros: Great artist and they make you feel comfortable, see Gene!

I am from IL but visit the Denver area at least once a year. I love Rocky Mountain Tattoo!! Both my aunt and uncle have their work done there, and recommend the shop. I got a very simple design the last time I was there, but I do have to say it's the cleanest and blackest tattoo I've come across. Love the work!!

Recommended by my daughter-in-law who refused to go anywhere else for her tattoos. Received excellent quality work on each of my own. Great clarity, color, precision, detail. All work done in a clean/sterile environment. Complete with follow-up after care. What more can I say? In my opinion he IS Denver's best.
Pros: reasonable rates, experienced/talented, clean/sterile equip
Cons: small wait area
