Best gargonzola salad
by ceelee
OMG..loved the warm, fresh bread brought to our table. Perfect accompaniment for our wine. The wine was delicious. Service was excellent. Had to wait on Friday. Should have made a reservation. The meal was well worth the wait. The gargonzola salad is a must have. The highlight of the evening was a John Elway sighting. Woo HOO!!!!
- Pros: Fresh warm bread brought to your table
- Cons: None
The worst Italian Ever
by sowmsarvind
The waiter acted like he was doing us a favour! The food is really awful! Please don't try any of their Ravioli dishes. Even when the waiter saw that my wife and I hadn't touched our food and when we said we didn't want them boxed, he didn't bother to ask us if anything was wrong with the food. We were already running late, so we decided to just walk out. If you don't want to spoil aFriday/Saturday night , don't go here!
- Pros: Ambience
- Cons: Awful Food, Service
Go for the Bread

My husband and I love Macaroni Grill. As much as we'd prefer to support independent restaurants, this place has charming and comfortable atmosphere, delicious bread, friendly (if amateur, sometimes) staff, and a few great dishes. I always get the lobster ravioli, although the rich, creamy sauce is usually broken in the past year. He always gets the Teriyaki Salmon and has never been disappointed, although sometimes it's better than others. The caesar salad is superb, also - wish I could make it that well at home, but the lettuce is always so fresh and crispy.
- Pros: bread, inviting atmosphere
- Cons: chain restaurant, inconsistent quality
Enjoyable - Unique Casual Dining
by ConsumerProtector
Casual atmosphere reminding me of a Munich Beer Hall that is really cozy in the Fall and Winter sitting near the fireplace. I like the Chicken Scaloppine
Chicken breast, mushrooms, artichokes, capers & smoked prosciutto in lemon butter with pasta $11.49 (Dinner). They also serve pasta, wood oven baked pizza, steaks, seafood, etc. I have tried a variety of pasta dishes and have enjoyed them all but use caution in ordering the Salmon. It was grilled and served disappointing dry and the Spinach salad is served hot too :( Pizza is good. Sometimes you may hear their Opera singers. Cloth napkins but kids/adults can always crayon the paper tablecloth :)
- Pros: food quality/taste, attentive service, ambiance
- Cons: Grilled Salmon, Spinach Salad
