The Littleton location by SW Plaza Mall is solid

Over the years the Outback on Wadsworth is consistently great in all aspects. Great food, good service, clean. The people who operate this location have always done a great job.
- Pros: consistent food and service
- Cons: some long waits
Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor.

In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
Fresh Food, Great drinks, Unbelievable Service

I've eaten at outback many times and it never ceases to amaze me how good the food is. They will make anything how you ask them and they have an awesome happy hour. I usually don't eat salads out but theirs is so fresh and crisp and doesn't make me ill later. Their Chargrilled Ribeye is one of the best flavored stakes I've had in my life, seriously.
- Pros: Awesome food, good drinks, fast service, good kids items
- Cons: Sometimes a long wait but they have call ahead seating.
We go here for the hostesses.

Please this is a cliche to end all cliches. It's so cliche that you end up wanting to talk in an Australian accent just to make it less so. Due to the long wait and popularity (and therefore lack of originality) they wisely hire, hot nubile young hostesses. They dont smile as much as they should, but they are well shaped and please to the eye... which is important in an age when men can't enjoy a good chunk of nearly raw beef without someone mentioning a colon.
G'day, G'deal!

We've been eating at Outback at least three times a month for two years. That says it all. Great food, consistent quality, great value, great service.
Worthy

Perhaps because this place is a chain, my expectations were not that high when my family visited. But I found their steaks to be better than expected, and overall the experience was a good one. The quality of the food didn't blow our minds, but the variety, and especially the choices for kids made this a steakhouse that a family can visit. Not too expensive, and no real ambience to speak of, but worth a visit. NOT, however, a place that makes steaks anywhere near the quality of a Brook's or a Ruth's Chris.
- Pros: Food, Prices, Family-Friendly
Disappointed

On chain resturants, the quality of the food and service probably vary from place to place. We have tried this restuarant on 2 different occasions and the food was nothing to rave about but the cost was higher than most steak restuarants and had a long wait.
- Cons: Expensive, Crowded, food fair
No thanks

There are a lot of steakhouses that I would go to before the Outback.
You've GOT to be kidding!

Outback Steakhouse rated above Ruth's Chris or Brooks? What are people in this city used to eating anyway?
I have lived in Denver all my life and listened to the city being refered to as an overgrown cowtown, a cultural wasteland and an oasis of bad cuisine. I seeing a chain store like Outback rated highly on the ten best steakhouses list makes me wonder if all of Denver's bad press might be well deserved.
At least Outback's food isn't quite as bad as the accents on their commercials!
Perhaps if the local steakhouses painted their sirloins orange and blue?
It's great mate
