Nordie's Know's Customer Service

Nordic’s is the best, and classic you won't see them put holiday decorations up early too classy for that! Want to pay less go the "Nordstrom Rack"and honestly the customer service is just is good difference is one has to wait in a line but the people are every bit as friendly and helpful. Nordstrom's is the one place I can count on, I am a Petite every other department has done away with Designer looks all accept Ralph Lauren, I guess we simply aren't worth the effort in Denver. Not Nordstrom’s thank God! We are not a forgotten part of the population.

Not what it used to be.....slowly going down hill.

Several years ago, the Park Meadows Nordstorm was THE place to go shopping. The store was bright sparkling and clean. Sales clerks were focused like a laser beam on customer service. Occasionally I?d find a clerk going above and beyond to help me, not just the typical ?I can call another store to see if they have it?. Nordstrom had a way to make you feel special and that magic would add to the enjoyment of your shopping experience.

Alas, no more!

If you can?t find your size on a high dollar item, say a nice dress or shoes; they will not voluntarily have it shipped from out of town to the store. This was a great convenience and saved you the return process in case it doesn?t fit or you simply don?t like it after all. Now you must buy it, sight unseen and have it shipped to your home. I won?t do this because I loath the return situation.

The accessory department has security tags on sunglasses and reading glasses. Sure the clerk that is two feet away from you will remove them, but since at nearly every breathing moment you have clerk surveillance, why must they put the irritating clunky plastic devices on the glasses? Takes all the joy out of trying on and purchasing expensive glasses.

Rude, overbearing, untrained staff. Occasionally I?ll still get a pro, but generally speaking I come into contact with clerks that are no more interested in their customer than a Target employee.

In the old days, I?d never have a clerk wait on me with a phone in her hand while speaking to a pal. It?s rude. Cross-talk among employees while they are taking your money is equally as rude.

The store is worn and in need of remodeling. No elaboration is necessary on that one.

I don?t know if it is the economy. But the degradation in service makes me very sad.. If I want 1st class customer service, I will have to try Zappos. I read an article in the Wall Street Journal, they are all about customer service.

• Pros: Very nice selection. They have added Christian Dior to the line-up in the shoe dept.
• Cons: Sadly customer servcie has deteriated. Store is sorely in need of remodeling.

Consistly impeccable customer service!

There is a reason why Nordstrom is my FAVORITE department store. I walked into the shoe department looking for a pair of shoes I'd seen about a month ago that caught my eye. Bummed that they no longer had them in stock I was thrilled when the sales rep offered to search throughout the company. She searched to see if any other stores had the shoes but unfortunately all stores were out. She didn't stop there. She tenaciously called the Nordstrom's outlet, store by store, until she located my shoes. How incredible is that? Great service, huh? Great job Nordstroms!

I Love Nordy's!!

Nordstrom is my favorite store for several reasons. First of all, the customer service is the best. There is always someone available to help you and I never have to hunt someone down. Secondly, their selection in shoes is the best I've seen. Few people know that Nordstrom actually started out as a shoe store in Seattle and grew into a department store. I know this because I was a proud employee during high school and college. Additionally, if they are out of stock in anything you want to purchase they will hunt it down for you at another store and you can have it transfered or shipped to your house! People have a misconception that Nordstrom is expensive. This is false. Nordstrom will price match any competitor. (not online competitors). If Foley's has the same exact product (color, brand, and style) then they will match the price. Nordstrom rules!

Classic

Nordstrom's has a different sytle which includes a little of everything. It how ever is limited to a little of each brand.

It has the best shoe selection it town for sizes 15 and above.

Nordstrom is the best!

Trying to find a women's size 10 1/2? Look to Nordstrom, one of Denver's very rare stores to carry such a size. The Rack is also a fun place to shop with great bargains on shoes you won't find anywhere else. Nordstrom is the best!

Everyone's favorite store

My mother visits from Maine 2-3 times a year, and Nordstrom's is HER favorite store.

The anniversary sale is truly a sale, with lots of extra help, good supply, pretty darn good prices.

It's even my 6-year old's 2nd favorite store.
