Poor Customer Service with Discover Rewards
by GwenSA
I was shopping at this mall for Christmas to take advantage of the Discover Rewards offer which allows customers to turn in their shopping receipts for gift cards. For every $200 spent at the mall charged on your Discover Card you are entitled to a $20 Discover Gift Card by turning in your receipts at their customer service desk. The customer service desk is responsible for keeping track of how many gift cards are issued per account, with a limit of 5 gift cards per account.
Today I turned in just over $200 of Discover Card receipts for my 5th card, and was told that I had already reached my limit when I know I've only turned in enough receipts to receive 4 gift cards. Customer Service told me I needed to call Discover Card directly to take care of the problem. I called Discover Card and they told me that each individual mall is responsible for keeping track of the number of cards issued and there would be no way they could help me.
I called mall management to see if they could help me and they transferred me to Customer Service. Customer Service said it was too bad but my account showed that there were already 5 cards redeemed on my account, even though I know there weren't. It seems like there should be a way around a mistake like this, but they're telling me there isn't., which I find hard to believe. I will definitely be placing a complaint with this mall's management.
Parking stinks
by RMR333
Good mall I supppose. It has everything you're looking for, but some of the employees in the stores are rude, not trained well, and could care less about customers. Not all the stores, but a number of the ones I shopped in. The food court is better then most malls, and the location is great...Parking is another story...set-up horribly.
- Pros: A good selection of stores and food
- Cons: Parking horrible
Overall Good Shopping Center

Park Meadows offers versatile shopping in a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. I prefer the area around Nordstroms, Anthropologie, Pottery barn Kids, Restoration Hardware, .... the fireplace, the music, the comfortable seating and friendly atmosphere!!
The addition of the upscale shops and restaurants on the West ? side of the center is nice. I already love P.F. Changs and Cheesecake Factory, but variety is good!
I would rate this Mall number one in Colorado bar none!
The Specialty stores (J. Jill, Talbots, Abercrombie, J. Crew) keep me and my friends coming!!
- Pros: Nice variety of Specialty shops (J. Jill, Talbots, Abercrombie, J. Crew)
- Cons: None
A suburban mall with rustic Western flair.

In Short
From Abercrombie & Fitch to Ann Taylor, this mall is chock-full of name-brand retail chains. There are about 130 stores in all, along with several restaurants around the main shopping center. A Western motif begins at the entrance, with wide timber columns; inside, the Rocky Mountain theme carries on, with timber ceilings, boulders, waterfalls and numerous pieces of artwork depicting a landscape that once was the very area where the mall sits.
Best Shopping in Colorado

Best shopping in Denver....Very clean, friendly and fun!
Park Meadows has everything from Nordstroms to Cheese Cake Factory.
Park Meadows sucks
by denverhasit
Park Meadows seems to be popular but for no obvious reason. The staff is rude and the ambience is kitschy at best. Only real reason is that it is close to thousands of suburban developments.
- Pros: variety
- Cons: sprawling, mass-market, kitschy
Good Mall/Poor Highway Connections
by ConsumerProtector
Every city has its top tier shopping malls and Park Meadows is Denver's, followed closely by the Flat Irons Mall. The variety of shops found in the mall is average. The decor was stated to be a Colorado Ski Resort look using rustic logs throughout. Access to the mall from I-25 and C-470 is a joke illustrating once again why traffic is such a problem in Denver (it is designed to be). No direct access to any highway like you find in most cities. A road barrier encircles Park Meadows Mall preventing direct access to surrounding stores. It was also said the Mall refused to pay for access to the future light rail station too. So much for customer service....
- Pros: decor
- Cons: Access to I-25 & C470, circling road barrier, traffic congestion
Shopping Resort!

Interesting variety of stores. Great atmosphere. Lots of comfortable, cozy sitting areas to rest and chat. Love to get coffee at the coffee bar "outside" Nordstrom's then sit by the fireplace and relax. The food court has above average choices. What's MacDonald's doing there? Best mall to take visitors.
