Best Martinis in Denver. Trios has done a complete 180 in the last year. Under new management, the new guy has improved the service 100%. While we used to go and laugh at the occasional dud employee, we have noticed that on the rare occasion when we still have a problem, that person isn't there the next time we are in. Eveything else has tightened up as well. The quality control of the food has improved to near perfection, and I have noticed that the wines and drinks have gotten a lot more consistent. Contrary to what others have said, Trios is less expensive than almost all of its neighbors. If you expect $3 nameless bourbon well drinks, go to the suburbs. But Trios pours an honest drink at a very reasonable price.

Happy hour, which runs from 5-7pm on Weekdays, puts all of their HUGE wine by the glass selection, all of their draft beers, and all of their amazing pizzas half off! This has to be the most generous happy hour in LoDo. I understand that they offer a different happy hour on the weekends, but I don't know what the specials are.

The Most Under-rated bar in Denver. I just found Trios Enoteca recently, and if she was a girl I would ask her where she has been all of my life! Tucked out of the way on Wynkoop where you are unlikely to pass by unless you take the lightrail to go to Coors Field, I can't imagine a cooler spot in Denver. The ambiance is very old school, comfortable but very nice. The drink prices are better than most bars in LoDo, and the food is super (not to mention very reasonable).

Most people (myself included) think that Trios is a wine bar and nothing else. I was shocked to find out that they have a HUGE liquor and beer selection. The staff knows their s#*t, and you really can't go wrong with this place.

Awesome place to have a relaxing drink. We had a large group and were able to find comfortable seating and still hear each other even with the wonderful live music in the background!!!

My Favorite Place in Denver. I love Trios, and go there at least 2-3 times per week. Some of the other reviewers sound like they must have tried it out at exactly the wrong time. The staff is so small that they can get overwhelmed on occasion, but they work really hard to make everyone happy. The food is incredible, and despite what some have said its pretty well underpriced for a place in LoDo. They also manage to book some of the hottest local acts in Denver, including Alive on Arrival!

One of the biggest problems with these online review sites is that so many people base a review on one experience. Sure, if you walk into Trios when they are getting slammed, your service is going to be slower than you would like. There is nothing that can be done about that, and take it from someone who knows several of the servers personally; they are great people trying really hard.

on a par with many Denver establishments, which isn't saying a lot it can sometimes seem. Nice atmosphere. Food's decent. Service is iffy. A lot of places around town have iffy service and food; here the food's above that standard, the service below that standard. Nice music and ambiance, but why can't people just appreciate the fact that they're getting paid and do their job as if they're happy to have your business?

Awesome place. I have been a regular at Trios for years, and continue to be treated well every time I am in. I'm a huge fan of the food, wine, happy hour, and staff. I definitely recommend it to anybody looking for live music and a great happy hour.

Avoid at all costs.. Don't go to this place if you value service. We went for happy hour on a Friday. One waitress appeared to be covering the entire bar area, so service was extremely slow. When we questioned our server about this, she told us the kitchen was just very busy, which would have been reasonable except that the entire space was only about half full.

For a place that advertises itself as a high-end wine bar, they should be knowledgeable about wine and make an effort to ensure customers enjoy the wine they drink. A friend ordered a glass of wine she didn't like (neither did anyone else at the table); when she asked the waitress if she could have a different type of wine because the first one tasted bad to her, the waitress curtly told her that she would have the bartender taste the wine but that if it wasn't corked, she'd still have to pay for it. Unsurprisingly, the bartender said the wine was not corked. For a wine bar that encourages customers to try different wines, I found this attitude very poor - what are the chances a customer has tried every wine on their list and knows exactly what they like and don't like?

The final insult was the 20% tip automatically added to every tab, even those people who had only one or two people on their ticket. I won't be going back to this slow, arrogant, and yes, overpriced place.

Don't Go. REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!! The atmosphere here is great, food and wine good, but overpriced. I reserved the cigar room for a birthday party. I had met in advance with the manager to decide on and order food. Party was booked 7-10 food coming out at 7:30. I arrived 20 minutes early and asked the manager if it was possible to have the food come out asap. They were able to bring one appetizer out by 7:15, another arrived at 8 at which point I went to see a manager.I had ordered (3 days in advance) an antipasta platter, artichoke dip,and 4 pizzas. They were to come out all together. When the dip came at 8 in a 8oz ramakin I had to find out what was up. The dip I ordered (by suggestion of the manager) was to be for TEN. She informed me that yes that was indeed what I had ordered for a price of $22.50 No joke. $22.50 for 8oz of dip. When I inquired about the rest of the food she informed me that the kitchen was slammed. Why did I waste my time coming in to order food 3 days in advance in a private room?? The pizzas finally came out at 8:45 . I did not bother to complain to the manager since she seemed put out the first time I spoke with her.Oh yeah, the private room has no music which is lame for a jazz club/wine bar. The only good part of the place was our server. She was great.I have worked in the restuarant industry for years and understand it's challenges.I have never bothered to write a review before, but this was such a let down. The worst part was I really felt like the management could care less about our experience even though we spent around $500 in the 3 hours we were there. Would not reccomend. Go to Dazzle instead.

Nice atmosphere. For a relaxing evening with a book or a friend, grab a comfy chair/couch in the back. The Beef Tenderloin Roulade is very good with a nice glass of red wine. I can think of other places for food and wine, but I just like the atmosphere here if I'm just wanting to chill.

Great place to wind down the evening.. This was my first visit to Trios Enoteca. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and plopped ourselves on a comfy couch. We ordered three flights and three appetizers. The food was recommended by our waitress and it tasted incredible. So delicious and flavorful! The wine, however, was nothing to write home about. Of the three flights, one white and two reds, only the Taste of Italy flight (red) was good. The other two were, well - terrible. Next time I go, and I will definitely go again, I will porbably order something by the glass instead of trying any of the flights.
