Worst Martini Bar in Denver. Not even worth the FREE bottle service.
1 Star Rating: Not Recommended

Purple Martini is more show than service. They give away FREE bottle services and expect you to throw money at them. I would have given them a 3 out of 5 my first time, my last experience I give them a low 1 out of 5. They have a "Purple Card" for the ladies in which my girlfriend was given at my company’s happy hour. I am a professional architect. A month later they called and gave her a complimentary bottle service. We tried to find a few people to join us at 10:30pm on Friday and we unable to. It was just the two of us. We had a nice bottle of vodka. We tipped our waitress $20 before and enjoyed the night. Soon, we were asked to move for a larger party. We did. As a thank you they gave us a bottle service. We looked forward to Friday. WHAT THEY DID FOR US: We confirmed on the phone and told us we needed at 6 people to RELEASE the bottle. Friday night, they had our bottle sitting ON the back bar, room for 20 with 5 other parties. This is unacceptable, since we invited our 8 friends. We talked to our waitress and manager. They finally gave us a table. We got our own cranberry juice, we got our glasses and our server took her forever. We wanted to leave. Being unhappy we did not believe a tip was necessary. Walking out, the waitress asked to leave a tip, I said no. Then she asked my girlfriend the same question. I told her, we are leaving, our waitress does not deserve a tip & the hostess should not have created this situation. The hostess, who gave us the complimentary apology bottle service demanded us leave a tip. We said no, tried to explain over the loud music and walked out. She followed us out of the bar and continued to demand a tip. We were fed up and told her she did not do anything for us and that the service was terrible. She then said, “Well, you are not welcome to come back here.” Fine with us. Shouting from the hostess followed, the bouncer flexed his underpaid muscles and we happily left. Not worth your time.

Pros: Good Happy Hour

Cons: Terrible weekend service
