We came in the day my fiance's grandma passed away, and asked if they had yellow roses. The woman rudely told me she had NO flowers- even though there were some others in the case. I asked her if she could make us something that was yellow and purple- not even roses, and she said no. She didn't give condolences over the death or anything- no apologies, no nothing. Not even maybe a thought on a different florist. We ended up at Safeway who gave us three dozen yellow and purple roses for 19.99 and three cut easter lilies for a dollar!!! Rudest florist ever- you would think someone who's job entails making arrangements for the bereaved would know how to treat someone who has just experienced a loss. A grocery store florist is better than this place. What a horrible experience to be treated so badly in a time of pain and need. Never again.

This is a GREAT shop and they have bent over backwards to assist me in a pinch, and also for unusual requests for quantities that are well over the normal customer's needs. I have never been disappointed with quality or service. Managers are also accommodating when I've had to run requests through them. Over the many years I've ordered through them, I've not once been disappointed with the design or quality of the arrangements. When one calls in orders, some shops deliver "pot-luck." Not these folks. They're consistent. I've been a florist myself and I'm picky about what I want. They've always fulfilled my requests with grace and humor. Use these folks with no reservation!

Now i can understand that employees are stressed out at a flower shop a few days before Valentines day; however that stress should not be brought to the customer service counter. I purchased a large assortment of flowers and they were beautiful. But the clerk was rude, I felt rushed, and as though the clerk did not care. I would hope that your shopping expereince here is better than mine. I most likely will not patronize this shop again; but will look for one that has both COURTEOUS customer service and beautiful arrangements.

Pros: Nice & beautiful flowers

Cons: Poor customer service that leaves a bad taste

I've always had professional, friendly service at Blue Moon, and each salesperson has given me excellent suggestions when I'm not sure what flower would be appropriate. There was only one instance where my husband sent me roses and they did not last; Blue Moon replaced them with no question. Price, selection and quality are fantastic!

Pros: Friendly and helpful people

Cons: Sometimes the parking is a bit congested

I love Blue Moon. I have been going for more than a decade and I have to say that Blue Moon Floral has the best prices around. I have saved alot of money on flowers for any occasion and business relations. I have been to other flower shops as well, but other stores can't compete with prices. Some stores are double the price of what Blue moon charges for roses!! It's also a very big store and I buy by bunches of flowers. Blue moon is highly recommended on my list!

Work nearby. Ordered dozen roses for Valentine's Day. Arrived late in afternoon not opened up-tightly closed buds. Gave benefit of doubt that they would open. After 3 days still closed, turning black, wilted. Aren't roses supposed to last a week no questions asked? Called for a refund. You know you are in trouble when she blames the customer and argues. They did refund. These roses were not cheap! Won't use them again. It's a shame; they have a nice store and most of the people are nice.

I highly recommend this flower store. Every time I go in, they have something different, but keep the same flowers that I like to have on a regular basis. You get such a great arrangment or assortment of flowers for an even better price. The service is great and they are willing to do last minute which can be a life saver. They are also open anytime they are needed.

I have ordered from Blue Moon once before and the quality was bad. I gave them one more chance and they were even worse this time after being assured that the roses I was sending were great. They died within a day and were small to begin with. Do yourself a favor and buy your flowers somewhere else.

I was very disappointed with my service, the clerk was friendly, but the designer I worked with was unprofessional when I offered criticism about the arrangement. It wasn't what I had asked for. A great place for grabbing a bunch of cheap roses, but not for good design.

Pros: easy, good parking, cheap prices

Cons: bad design, poor service, messy store
