Well, if you are you must undoubtedly try the, Capitol Hill Mansion Bed and Breakfast in downtown Denver Colorado Chef Eric Means is a classically trained chef who will soon graduate from the Art Institute of Colorado.

The Scene
Situated in the historic Eastside Mansion District, this Capitol Hill dwelling is a lovely Richardsonian Romanesque mansion built from ruby sandstone, with turrets, balconies and a curving porch. Guests can choose to hide away here or set up a base of operation for business travel and city exploration--the central business area, state and federal offices, and the convention center are all just a short walk away.
The Details
Eight distinctive guest rooms named for Colorado wildflowers are elegantly appointed with antique furnishings, fresh flowers and private baths. Three rooms have whirlpool tubs, two have fireplaces, and two have balconies. Most rooms offer views of historic mansions, the city skyline or the Rocky Mountains. Owners Jay Hadley and Carl Schmidt can arrange horse-drawn carriage rides to downtown dining and entertainment and help with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations.
