Slow deliver (still haven't received), HORRIBLE customer service

Who knows if I will ever get my couch from Kacey. I bought it 4 months ago and am still waiting. The sales person is rude, unprofessional and cannot guarentee me a delivery date. I cannot believe they treat customers this way. I called the store manager and while we were on the phone discussing the problem she cuts me off and says she "has someone there she has to talk to". I guess I am not important. Well, you didn't think that when you took my money! She has yet to call me back.

Do not EVER buy from this store. I regret my purchase and will NOT be a return customer.

• Cons: Rude manager, horrible customer service, take your money and you get no couch
