I tried this place because I wanted to find a nice neighborhood joint that wasn't a starbucks, but unfortunately I will never go back. All I wanted was a coffee and a couple plain bagels...the counter person asked what I wanted on the bagels and I repeated that I just wanted some plain, untouched bagels to take home with me. She got a confused and worried look on her face and went to the back. 10 minutes later I was starting to get really concerned, and that's when I saw the cook go into the walk in freezer and grab a bag of bagels. They then sliced and microwaved the bagels before handing them over to me. Aside from the poor service and horrible food, the place is dirty. Don't bother!!
