no doubt in my mind holly is one of the best if not the best hair dressers ever!!! i have been going to her for a couple of years now and everytime i leave after getting my hair done i am ecstatic with the results. i leave the salon feeling absolutely amazing. the entire exprerience with holly and planet lab is really great, the atmosphere, conversation and of course the final results. i know most people search a long time to find that one great hair dresser they truly love, well it is holly!! i highly recommend holly and planet lab. she really works with you to find what is going to look great on you and what you are going to love.

Holly is AMAZING!! She is always willing to work with my schedule and fits me in without a months wait! I have been going to her for almost a year and have recommended her to many of my friends. She really listens to what we want and delivers wonderful results! I am so impressed with Holly's work, she has been the only hairdresser I trust in DENVER!

Pros: Friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service, great hours

Ive been going to see Holly for a few years now and i guess its been that long for a reason..She always cuts my hair the way i want it and always has funny stuff to talk about...I can say as long as she is a hairdresser ,I will be her customer.!

Pros: Good cut for cheap! Good looking staff!!

I have been going to Planet for a couple of years and LOVE it. My stylist Kate is amazing! She always offers great suggestions on cut and color. Everytime I get my hair done I get so many compliments on the color! I refer everyone I know to Kate because she is awesome! Not only are Aveda products awesome but the staff is friendly, professional, and you just get a really great vibe from this place! You can have a glass of wine and enjoy being pampered. I highly recommend this salon!!!

I have been going to see Holly at Planet for close to 2 years and every time her service is exceptional. She is professional, hip to new styles and color, and establishes a great rapport with her clients! She is always thorough in communicating with me about what I am wanting. Anyone who is wanting a new look for spring should defiantly make an appointment with Holly at Planet Laboratories. I refer all my friends to her and they are always very happy with the work she does!

Planet laboratories is the BEST salon in town! I've been going to Planet for two years now and everytime I leave that salon I always feel refreshed and beautiful! My stylist Heather is amazing! She's always so creative and gives me the best color an haircuts! She has great imagination, creativity, and never lets you leave the salon without the feeling of absolute satisfaction! I highly recommend Heather to all you people out there! I have tons of friends that go to her too and everyone absolutly loves her style! Go check it out yourself! Yeeaaah!

I have been a client at planet for two years and have seen a few different stylists in my time there. Upon entering, you are greeted by attractive and pleasant front desk people who are almost always conversational and kind. They check you in for your appointment and are glad to offer you a drink. I have rarely waited for longer than ten minutes and the other people in the salon all look as happy to be there as I am. The decor is fun. The music is loud. The energy is high. The hair rocks! Each of the stylists seem to have a niche'. They have a personal touch that makes a serious difference in the way they do hair. The location couldn't be better! You can spend a few hours getting cute and then walk across the street to meet friends for cocktails at a hotspot. I can't say enough good things about my friends (no, they aren't just stylists) at planet!

Pros: Fun. Chic. Fast. Skillful. Great art & fashion shows too!

Cons: Chris (the manager) is a little out of control..

I know many people love this salon but I had a HORRIBLE experience there. I was given a makeover for my birthday. The makeover was really awful and I came out with 2 layers of foundation on, and, I'm not kidding, eyeliner from my eyes to my hairline (think Amy Winehouse). I'm a natural gal and I had to immediately wash it all off. The bigger problem, though, was that I was given a gift certificate worth $20 more than the service. Not knowing that I knew the price of the service, the salon told me my gift certificate would just cover it, giving themselves a $20 tip without saying anything. I left feeling really cheated and bummed -- it was a major downer after a great day (not to mention that my eye was twitching from all the makeup). I'd really recommend staying away from people who are so unethical.

Planet Laboratories is a great salon. I love Aveda products and they are really great at promoting them and helping you choose the right one. I go to Holly who is the best. Always get the haircut and color right on. Highly recommend her. Great pricing as well.
