Everyone at this studio has been incredible, genuine and kind. Every class that I have taken has been amazing, the instructors are so incredibly passionate about yoga. I truly believe I am learning from the best. I leave every class feeling better and lighter and stronger and just more peaceful than ever going in. Even though it is located in Cherry Creek, it is not the least bit pretentious. It has made me feel at home at a time when I needed it most.

By giving attention to the individual practice, Yoga Energi achieves a balance of making the practice welcoming to newcomers and constantly challenging. The instructors have a range of styles, but they have in common a commitment to the integrity of the practice. I've been at it for less than a year, but it's one of the places I'll miss most in Denver when I move back east next month
Pros: integrity of the approach and practice, welcoming, variety of classes, when they say pay what you can, they mean it.

This studio is what true yoga is all about! Welcoming friendly instructors with deep care and concern for each student, not matter their level or income. Also, I was so glad to see Yoga Energi's philosophy - and I love that they are offering more classes than just Bikram. Thank you Yoga Energi. You make Yoga accessible to everyone, and that will never be forgotten.

I have been practicing Bikram and Vinyasa yoga at Yoga Energi for over five years. During this time, I have tried other Denver yoga studios. But, they are not the same. There is something very special about Yoga Energi that keeps bringing me back. I love Patrick's presence and inspirational words. If you are looking for a yoga community where you feel truly welcomed, this is the studio for you!

It rises to the top with committment to individual needs. Excellence prevails in instructor experience, personal attention,with a true yogic philosophy allowing freedom for spiritual growth. I have been attending Yoga Energi for over 7 years. The owner as of 2001, Patrick Harrington, is inspiring and fun. Yoga Energi offers a full schedule of classes. I do both Bikram and Vinyasa. And the restorative class on Friday afternoons is awesome! Sometimes I sneak out of work early to attend this 4:30 class. Overall, this studio is A+.
Pros: inexpensive, showers avail, nice location
Cons: pd parking 8a-7p
