Worst Hair place that Ive ever been to!

This place is awful! My hair person made my hair almost black and I asked for strawberry blonde (and showed her a picture). I dont know how they got a 9.9. They are overpriced and have very inconvenient payment methods. I left crying. Stay away from this place.
Pros: good parking
Cons: everything else
