During warm weather months, the Pearl Street Grill is probably my favorite lunch place in the city. The food is decent, but PSG gets high marks for environment and especially for its wonderful back patio.
Pros: Great patio lunch in the summer.
Cons: A bit crowded on cold weather nights.

Especially now with no smoking, PSG is a great place for burgers and beer...and the patio is especially comfortable.
Pros: Beer and a patio
Cons: Still smells like smoke, but its better than before.

After eating salads and burgers forever I tried a Swordfish special and an Asian Salmon with Tempura veggies at Pearl Street and was amazed at the flavors and what a bargain at $15.00!!! My fiance loves the steaks and also thinks the burger is the best in town. They have updated the interior and have added great non-fried appetizers like a dip sampler. The patio now has a mural and service has been great on all our visits. THUMBS UP GUYS!
Pros: Inexpensive, Great Service, Great Specials
Cons: parking is tight

The food is decent, good salads. Dollar off drafts happy hour. The service was a bit flighty, but we weren't in a hurry so it was fine. They have a great outside patio, nice on warm summer evenings.
