I have the privelage of only living a minute away from Crown Burger, this place is exellent. I try not to eat too much fast food, but Crown Burger is definatly an exception. One thing I love besides the food is it really has that welcoming feel to it, a nice family run place. There hamburgers are absolutly delicious, one bite and youre hooked! I thought I had died and gone to heaven when I saw the pastrami topped burger on the menu. Their breakfast is good too........ One Morning I was going to go to a diner for breakfast and I saw the sign in the window for a breakfast burrito. Pulled in and had the best breakfast burrito I have ever sank my teeth into. Hash browns, eggs, sausage, all smothered in green chilli and cheese. My mouth is watering just writing this. Crown Burgers food may not be the best food for you, but is no doubt one of the best places to eat in Denver!
Pros: best hamburgers I have eaten in Denver so far
Cons: nothing.........

Well, first of all, I love this place. Great people, ABSOLUTELY THE LARGEST AND BEST HAMBURGER, HOME MADE FRIES AND ONION RINGS IN COLORADO!!!!!!!! I have no ties to this place except to be a very satisfied customer. Another thing I really like is that is has a variety of clients from the blue collar workers to the high rolling executives. I saw somethiing in the paper a while back about the best hamburgers in Colorado and Crown Burger was not in it. I couldn't believe it. That is why I am writing this about my favorite place to buy a hamburger. I was introduced to Crown Burger in SLC Utah 20 years ago. Once you go there, you are kind of part of the family. I even bought one of their Tshirts. Here are some things that have happened to me since then. 1. My boss said the best hamburger in Colorado was Buds in Sedalia. We placed a bet and agreed to each go to the others favorite. My boss never had me go to Buds after his first visit to Crown Burger. He then on occasion when associates would come from out of town take them to Crown Burger. 3. I took a group of employees that worked for me to Crown burger one day and about 5 years later when one of those associates was leaving to Minnesota to relocate for work, we asked where she wanted to go for a going away lunch. She said Crown Burger. 4. An X alcoholic friend of mine's wife called me and said she thought her husband had drank so much he was dying and she couldn't stand to see him dye in front of her at the hospital and asked if I could take him. On the way there we passed Crown Burger. He told me, if he didn't die he thought he wanted a Crown Burger. 5. I went to a clients business and received a call from a friend saying, lets go to Crown Burger for lunch. The client heard me and asked if he could go with us. He also informed me that they also had a great breakfast.

Something about pastrami on a hamburger that is intuitively questionable... Don't knock it if you haven't tried it... What a great burger... recommend to anyone... I've taken my wife and several friends to try it... A Crown Burger, Onion rings and a coke is my addiction... I'd like to try something else on their great looking menu, but the burger is so good that I just don't (it's quite a drive)... Service is great, clean, fast, friendly, reasonable price and worth my 35 mile oneway trip to get one. Big burger, huge pile of rings and free refills... It just doesn't get any better... Haven't found a look alike anywhere in town. Just try it... you won't regret it... Unique and addictive!!! Well now I'm hungry... I guess I'm off to Crown Burger this week.

I went to Crown Burger with high expectations after the hype of some recent reviews. Dont make the same mistake. I sampled the famous Royal burger only to be disappointed by the overall lack of flavor. The only redeeming quality of the burger was the paper wrapping it was served in. The pastrami was an innovative addition to a burger but drowned out any flavor that the beef may have contributed. The allegedly home-made onion rings were another big miss in terms of flavor and the breading seemed more appropriate for cooking brook trout around the campfire. The steak fries, which were remarkably similar to Red Robins, are a better alternative but youll be better off spending your money at the Mickey Ds across the street. If youre looking for a fast food burger, have lunch with the King (who can keep his crown) or even Ronald or Wendy; youll save money and you know what you are getting.
Pros: Value, Service
Cons: Quality, Expectations, Location

Its the best burger in Denver. A hot fresh pastrami burger, its a gut buster, but its well worth it. Every one knows that Crown is the best. The people are great, but the burgers are better. I love the people that work there. They are different, and crazy but great.
Pros: Royal Burger , Onion Rings and fries, The people

If you have never had a Pastrami Burger, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? The best Onion rings and French fries. I don't think I have ever finished an entire meal, but I have tried really hard, their servings are way too generous. You could go anywhere else and would spend more money and get less food, even at MD or BK. These burgers take all you time and concentration to enjoy (do not eat and drive). Well worth your time and money.
