If you want to get your CAR TOWED - Beware!. My husband and I used to eat at this restaurant often a few years ago. Even though the service was slow, the food was good. Now that it's under new ownership, the humus is no longer the "best" around (they've CHEAPENED THE RECIPE), the service is bad, AND they seem to enjoy TOWING PEOPLE'S CARS AWAY!!! My son was in the Hookah Lounge on a TUESDAY NIGHT and the owners of the House of Kabob TOWED HIS CAR AWAY! The restaurant wasn't even busy and the lot WASN'T EVEN FULL!!!!!!! The towing charge was $314!!! My son has a minimum wage job and can't afford this exorbitant towing charge! BEWARE! Sounds like a FRAUDULENT DEAL between the Towing Company and House of Kabob?!  View Less View More

Worst place ever!. I ate one time at this place about a year ago and never went back because the service was horrible! Today the service again proved to be the worst ever as the "owner" of this establishment had my car towed while I went to pick up food that I had ordered from the restaurant next door! I wonder how much of the $314 I had to spend to get my car back went to the "owner" of this rat infested hole? The number of positive reviews of this place has to be false!  View Less View More

best lamb in town!. Best lamb in denver hands down! The seasonings and marinade used at the HoK is outstanding! Someone trying lamb for the first time must try a dish here. Hummus and lentel soup is to die for and the after dinner cup of coffee keeps you jumping for three days! Look out starbucks! A must try!  View Less View More

Excellent Food and Great Atmophere!!. I stopped in recently for dinner with some friends, we ordered the Hummus and Falafel for starters, I must both were the best I've had in a long time. For the Main Course we ordered the Lamb Shank, the Chicken Kabob and the Gyros plates. The meet was cooked to perfection on all 3 enrtree's the rice was a great complement to the meal. The Quantity of the food was excellent, we all had left to take home and have lunch the next day. For desert we had the Bakalava another great choice. I would definitely recommend House of Kabob to all my friends and relatives.

If you want great food and great service you have to try it!!!!  View Less

Delicious!. A co-worker suggested House of Kabob for lunch and I tagged along. Best decision I've made this month! We started with the hummus, which has a rich flavor and velvety texture like no other. Amazing! The lamb kabob pita sandwich was delicious as well.

I brought my wife here the following week, and she could not stop raving about the hummus! The Sultan Platter was a variety of skewered meats, rice, hummus, baba ghanouj...it was wonderful!

I can't say enough about my experience!  View Less

Fantastic. I have been to the House of Kabob several times and I have not been disappointed. My fiance is a very picky eater and she was hesitant to go the first time. Now, she makes the suggestion for us to go there. It a great restaurant, wonderful food, and a fun atmosphere.  View Less View More

WOW!!!!! Authentic Food. The food is great and the service is family friendly! I was so happy to find a place that provides authentic food at reasonable prices. It is a family run business with good food & good value. The Hummus is absolutely the best in town, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.  View Less View More

Although I was grown with middle eastern food, I had the worst Middle Eastern food in House of Kebab.. I ordered combo plate and it came with 2 piece of chicken and 2 piece of beef 2 falafel and the rest was hummus. I don't look for quality but I look for freshness at least. Chicken piece had a bone in it, The food was not fresh, it gave me the taste of a casa bonita. And I was right, when I saw the guy in the kitchen was speaking spanish. GET A real middle eastern chef will you?  View Less View More

A MUST TRY. My Fiance' and I happened into this wonderful family resturant one Friday night to try something different. It was fabulous! We've been back twice and have never been disappointed. The wait staff made excellent suggestions the first time we went. I haven't liked the taste of lamb in the past, but these lamb chops were superb! They melted in my mouth like butter! The basmati rice is delicious, and the fattouch salad has a fabulous dressing that's not too overpowering. On our most recent visit, I tried the chicken kabob.... I have to say, it was the best chicken I've ever had. I highly recommend this place for atmosphere, service, and delightful meals. IT IS A MUST TRY!!!!  View Less View More
