Delicious!
by ichuta
A co-worker suggested House of Kabob for lunch and I tagged along. Best decision I've made this month! We started with the hummus, which has a rich flavor and velvety texture like no other. Amazing! The lamb kabob pita sandwich was delicious as well.
I brought my wife here the following week, and she could not stop raving about the hummus! The Sultan Platter was a variety of skewered meats, rice, hummus, baba ghanouj...it was wonderful!
I can't say enough about my experience!
- Pros: Great variety, authentic
Fantastic

I have been to the House of Kabob several times and I have not been disappointed. My fiance is a very picky eater and she was hesitant to go the first time. Now, she makes the suggestion for us to go there. It a great restaurant, wonderful food, and a fun atmosphere.
- Pros: Authentic
- Cons: Tight Parking
WOW!!!!! Authentic Food

The food is great and the service is family friendly! I was so happy to find a place that provides authentic food at reasonable prices. It is a family run business with good food & good value. The Hummus is absolutely the best in town, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
- Pros: Atmosphere, friendly service
- Cons: What are the drawbacks?
Although I was grown with middle eastern food, I had the worst Middle Eastern food in House of Kebab.

I ordered combo plate and it came with 2 piece of chicken and 2 piece of beef 2 falafel and the rest was hummus. I don't look for quality but I look for freshness at least. Chicken piece had a bone in it, The food was not fresh, it gave me the taste of a casa bonita. And I was right, when I saw the guy in the kitchen was speaking spanish. GET A real middle eastern chef will you?
- Pros: good falafel
- Cons: not fresh
A MUST TRY

My Fiance' and I happened into this wonderful family resturant one Friday night to try something different. It was fabulous! We've been back twice and have never been disappointed. The wait staff made excellent suggestions the first time we went. I haven't liked the taste of lamb in the past, but these lamb chops were superb! They melted in my mouth like butter! The basmati rice is delicious, and the fattouch salad has a fabulous dressing that's not too overpowering. On our most recent visit, I tried the chicken kabob.... I have to say, it was the best chicken I've ever had. I highly recommend this place for atmosphere, service, and delightful meals. IT IS A MUST TRY!!!!
- Pros: The food is excellent, i like the Lamb Shank
- Cons: Parking is a little tight at times

We found this little gem today on citysearch and do not regret it. The food was great and the atmosphere was cozy. It was quiet enough to have a decent conversation and had nice Arabic music playing in the background. We ordered the Lebanese Lamb Shish Kabobs, Persian Salad and Hummus. The meat had such a nice grilled flavor and the hummus was wonderful. The waitress was very helpful and genuine. It is located near I-25 and is in the same parking lot as a Hookah store and another restaurant called Damascus. We'll definitely go back.
- Pros: Great food, cozy but not lavish, nice staff
- Cons: None.
Awesome food, great entertainment and excellent service

This restaurant is definitely the best Middle Eastern food I've had in Denver. I went here recently with some friends, halfway through the meal, we ended up ordering additional meals because the food was so delicious! My friends commented they had not had such amazing Middle Eastern food before now. The ambience is great (nice, yet comfortable) and the service was outstanding. Everything is well-priced.
The next time you are looking for a great experience stop by and visit them and be sure to order the Hummus appetizer...it's a must!!!
- Pros: Great Food Quality, excellent prices
Very good overall experience!

I loved everything about this experience! Service was excellent and prompt, we were seated immediately and a waitress greeted us and got us drinks. She was very helpful in guiding us thru the menu considering no one in our party was familiar with any kind of middle eastern food. She suggested a dish that had a variety of sample foods so that we could get a taste of a bit of everything on the menu. We went on a friday and it was very busy but service was still excellent. There was a very beautiful belly dancer that I guess is there on friday and saturday nights...this was such a great addition to our evening. Everyone in our party especially the kids loved her! Our little girl kept calling her "Princess Jasmine." Overall a wonderful experience will be going back VERY soon!
- Pros: reasonable prices, ample food
- Cons: Parking can be tight

We went for lunch, and were very pleased. The food is excellent and very affordable. The music and the decorum make you feel like you're stepping into another world. What a great find in the middle of Colorado Blvd. chain-restaurant-madness.
- Pros: Food. ambiance.
- Cons: Parking can be tight.
