Gina is awesome!!!!!

I actually saw Gina for the 1st time on a whim for a brow and lip wax. She does a great job and made my brows look nice and natural not over done. She is the only waxer that doesn't hurt! I dont know what she uses but even her tweezing is bareable! Then I saw this website that said she gave great facials so I thought why not. She is so knowledgeable about skin and her facials are just right! I felt relaxed, exfoliated and my skin looked great even a few days after the facial. She is not pushy on selling the product either. She gives you a few options to ad to your regime that she thinks will give you results you want but you don't feel uncomfortable if you choose not to buy anything. i would recommend her 100% for anyone looking for someone who really takes the time to take care of you!

Best salon - Lisa and Mike Hain master stylist

This is my first time message. I was complelled to write because of a couple of bad reviews for an amazing salon. I understand there is the potential for less than good hair stylists everywhere but I have been going to this salon for years. I have only gotten my hair done by Lisa and Mike Hain but have seen countless numbers of people leave with gorgeous styles and color. This salon has friendly staff that really seem to get along, it is clean, bright and welcoming. They are one of the few salons around town that carry exclusive brands such as Bumble and Bumble and have competive prices. I really like Mike and Lisa and am stunned how much color can change your entire look; especially by someone that has magic hands. I have been getting my hair colored for a long time and there is a difference between my previous services and the ones I currently enjoy. I have reffered countless friends and co-workers and no one has walked away anything but thrilled. Thank you.

Best color and cut

I had a cut and color by stylist Kathy, she is new to the salon from California. My hair is thick and fine with a lot of cowlics.. I got the best cut ever... and I have been to alot of different salons in the Cherry Creek area. My color was just what I wanted. Kathy took her time and was very thorough. Her customer service was superior. I will be back to see her..

She knows how to do more than just a facial!

Just wanted to give a little shout out to my skin's new best friend! I moved here from Texas and my skin was FREAKING OUT! It was dry, zitty, just awful looking. I made an appointment for a facial hoping to find someone who could help me and that's when I met Gina - she asked me questions about my life style, products I was using and low and behold we discovered what happended to my skin!! She gave me a great facial, very relaxing and just enough extractions that I didnt feel like a science project and then prescribed some at home products for me - my skin has been beautiful ever since - and I see her once a month now - Thank you girl for making my skin beautiful again!

Best Salon in Denver!

I have been going here since Oct '04 and I LOVE it! I always get a great hair cut and color done. I've been seeing Mike Hain since then, I will sometimes see his wife Lisa too- it is nice to know you can bet on getting in with one of them Mon-Sat.. They are the sweetest couple and both always do a FABULOUS job! It's great going to them- they are a great team and always do exactly what I want! The salon is always well kept up and they have the widest selection of hair products in town! Great spa too- I've been seeing Becky for massages for a long time- she's AMAZING as well! Parking is always great- and free! A++

Very Poor service, Stylist didn't do the job right the first time !

I called and asked for a price and was told a certain sylist charged around $135 for all over color, and highlights with a haircut. I booked appt and showed up. He stated it would be $160. I showed him a picture of the all over color and what I wanted the highlights to look like. I told him I wanted a light brown with blonde highlights. While he was placing foil wraps I noticed he was only doing half of my hair and asked why and he stated that I didn't need all over and that it wasn't necessary because it would blend in. I thought he still needed to put in the all over color and again mentioned to him "what about this dark color?" Are you going to lighten it? He stated not to worry about it and that he knew what he was doing and asked me," I thought you knew something about toner." I told him my daughter told me to make sure on the highlights that they use a toner. After he cut my hair and finished half my hair was reddish brown with hightlights but the other half that I mentioned to him twice was still black. I went home and really looked at it and called him and told him I liked the lightened part but he needed to fix it and do it right. He stated he would charge me $90 more. I went over with him the whole incident and he came down to $50. I don't feel I should have to pay 1/3 of a thousand dollars to have my hair done right!!. He should have done it right the first time. I had a picture and brought it to his attention twice during the processing! I put in a call the the owner and have not recieved a call back. Oh, he did also state that it didn't seem that he could make me happy and wasn't willing to do it for free??? One would thing that when you pay $160 for color, highlights, and a cut that it be done right the first time, acknowlege you messed up and correct it with the customer. If you correct your mistake she will do repeat business with touch-up every 4-6 weeks. My only recourse is my review and disputing my Visa credit card. Comments?

Friendly stylists and awesome service!

This was my first time in this salon last week. The receptionist was able to squeeze me in with someone on a Saturday so I could get a last minute updo for a party! I was a little nervous but it came out fabulous! Everyone there seemed so friendly and I got the impression the staff is pretty close with each other- they seemd to get along great. Not like other vibes I've gotten from previous Cherry Creek salons. As I sat to get my hair done I saw so many people with great hair coming in and out- what a busy place! It was really a gorgeous salon inside too- I would had never suspected it would be that nice from the outside. I am so glad I called them! I picked up some Bumble and Bumble hair spray when I was there, which is by far one of the best product lines I've ever used! Now that I know they have my favorite product line and I got great service-I will def be back soon.

Thanks Salon on the Boulevard for getting me in so last minute and being so friendly about it! (the other salons I called were not so freindly when I said I needed to get in last minute on a Sat!) Oh the parking looked a little difficult and all the snow didn't help much- but I was able to park in the lot across the street and walk over - it took me an extra two minutes-it was still worth it!

Serenity and simplicity reign supreme at this citified salon and spa.

It's easy to miss this urban spa, located on the upper level of a nondescript strip mall--but make sure you don't. Salon services are all performed downstairs amid an inviting, wide open atmosphere, while spa treatments take place upstairs within a wholly tranquil environment. Each spa treatment room is uniquely decorated, and the staff is eager to please and works to make every guest's experience memorable.
