Experience Memorable, Furniture was Quality & Durable

You know you are buying from a person - they have a solid local business in Denver. We bought a solid wood frame futon from them in 1997 and kept it for a decade (still in great shape) before we sold it to a college student in Chicago. We moved almost once per year during that time and the futon withstood the wear and tear of that experience with grace.

• Pros: Good People, Good Futons, Good Prices
• Cons: Can't find them online

Very pleased with the service and furniture

I chose solid wood furniture, not veneered, and from brand names I recognize. I'm really happy with my furniture purchase and got an excellent deal. I would recommend Dream Merchants to others, but as with other furniture stores, you have to make sure the manufacturer of your furniture is a good one by buying brand names you trust.

Horrible Furniture- fell apart!!

I let these "really nice" guys convince me to buy my whole house of furniture from them. This was about 9 months ago, and now the cheap veneers are peeling off all over my home! The finishes are fading, and they have not even been in direct sunlight. I've had better furniture from Target! I would stay far away from this trash- it falls apart so quickly it's not even worth the price you pay! Oh- and who do you think wrote that first review?

• Pros: NONE!
• Cons: Cheap horrible trash! They'll do anything to sell you as much as they can.

A great locally owned retailer

Les and his super helpful staff let me take my time with my purchase decision. They were honest, easy to work with and gave me a great deal. I would recommend The Dream Merchant to anybody in the Denver area looking for the best mattress and furniture buying experience. I shopped all the major retailers and left with a terrible feeling. Les and Chris made all that go away and I feel great about my purchase. Don't even bother with the major retailers.
