Banzai Sushi, No kidding is Denver's Best

I was blown away by the huge selection of rolls they make. They probably have 3-4X the number of different rolls any other place in Denver has. The sushi was fresh, rice perfect, and wait staff great. Ambiance was par for a small japanese sushi bar/restaurant. Prices are what you might expect, about 5-10 dollars for a roll depending whats on it. Green tea ice cream was the best I've had in a while
