Editorial Review. In addition to full-service restaurants, this restaurant offers a variety of catering packages; select from ribs, brisket, chicken and sides.  View Less View More

Food bad, tea good. I just moved to Denver in May. I went to college at Wake Forest (we'll miss you Coach Prosser) and after college I stayed in the area up until just recently. We really have some great BBQ places around there if anybody wants to try the real thing--as in open pit BBQ where they cook with real fire and smoke. Anyhoo, I tried Famous Dave's out here and that really sucked, so someone in the office told me to go to Brothers. The guy in the office was talkin' them up big time, and I was let down in a major way. The chicken was dryer than sawdust and the potato salad was just nasty. This place would go out of business in North Carolina. The guy in the office told me to try something else next time, but I'm going to try a couple of other places first. If anyone knows of a really good BBQ place in this town please post it here so that the true BBQ lovers that are new to the area will know where to go. I do have to say though, they did have some awesome tea. I guess people here call it sweet tea, but this does seem to be the only place to find it out here. I have stopped by a couple of times just for the tea! If anyone knows of any other places in Denver that serve some decent tea please post that too.  View Less View More

Maybe I missed something.... I went to Brother's based on several recommendations and I left wondering what I had missed. My BBQ chicken sandwich was small, overpriced, and filled with little pieces of bone as if they hacked into a whole chicken with reckless abandon. It was disgusting. Then they charged me extra for a couple of pickle slices without even advising me that they would cost extra. I'm not sure what I thought of the sauce because I was so grossed out by the little pieces of bone that I kept picking out of my sandwich. Yuck. I can think of 100 places I'd rather spend my $10.  View Less View More

Hey Bro, Get Some Help. We placed a carry out for some BBQ before the Broncos/Pats game. When we arrived, the food was not ready. It wasn't ready 30 minutes later, either. They kept promising us it would be out in a minute. When the bag finally did come out, about 45 minutes late, they had run out of ribs. It was 6:30 PM! When we took our order home, the salad didn't even have dressing on it and was inedible. No wonder the counter help was hiding in the back. I can only guess everyone quit that night to go home and watch the game. We missed the whole first quarter, maybe they didn't.  View Less View More

Until You Have Brothers, You Haven't Had BBQ!. I lived in the south for 11 years and I ate a lot of barbecue, but NONE of it was ever as good as Brothers BBQ. Their sauce is so incredible, I swear I could drink it. I am not a bean lover, but their beans are addictive. I don't order ribs at most barbecue joints because they are usually very fatty and have way too much sauce on them-- not Brothers!! Their ribs are so good, I end up gnawing on the bones wishing I had more!! The meat is always perfect and wonderful-- crispy and tender and smoky just like barbecue is supposed to be. Brothers is simply the best!!  View Less View More

Best in Denver by far!. I am a BBQ freak and the only place I eat BBQ in Denver is Brother's BBQ. I have had Q in K.C., Memphis,Texas, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and everywhere in the South and Midwest. Basically I know my 'cue. Besides the great food (ribs especially) the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait long for my food and the place is always clean. I always bring all my friends and guests to one of the brothers locations when they come and visit. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!  View Less View More

Horrible!! BBQ. Few places can actually make spare ribs both over-cooked and under-cooked on the same rib. I'd guess they were wrapped in foil so long the under-cooked ribs steamed to make mush out of the outer meat. And the beans - tasted like disount canned Ranch beans with a bottle of hot sauce dumped in - no more. And the slaw, well - just don't go there.  View Less View More

You've got to be kidding me. The only thing worse than the service was the food. Anyone who truly knows BBQ would not recommend any of the Brothers BBQ restaurants.

Brother's BBQ. My wife and I went to Brother's BBQ in Denver last night and I have to say, we were both very dissappointed. The staff is fairly nice and responsive. The menu is limited with not many vegetable dishes to compliment the meal. The dinnerware consists of styrofoam plates and plastic ware. One of the plates cracked as I was walking it to our table. I didn't care for the original bbq sauce at all. It had way too much vinegar and hardly any flavor. The beans were too tangy, the potato salad tasted like we got it at King Soopers. The Cole slaw was bland and the french fries were soggy and over salted. The Brisket was dry. The only redeeming quality was that the ribs were tender and flavorful. I would not recommend this place and will not return.  View Less View More
