More than a daycare.....

I stayed home with our newly adopted daughter from China for 2 months. When I had to return to work we enrolled her at A Child's Touch in the 18 month old program.
Although ACT was 10 miles from home and from work, a bit higher priced than some of the chain daycares, I didnt shop around for day care, pre school or kindergarten. A Child's Touch came highly recommended from a friend whose daughter attended 20 years ago.
When we toured the facility just prior to admission, I was impressed and amazed at the calm and peace we both felt immediately after walking thru the front door. The security of A Child's Touch is first class as are the entire staff. The HUGE background play grounds and buildings are unsurpassed.
Four amazing years later, our daughter has just graduated from A Child's Touch kindergarten. <Miss Ashriel rocks!>
All around, A Child's Touch is simply the BEST Christian Academic Daycare, Pre-school and Kindergarten one earth.
- Pros: everything
- Cons: none

My child has been going to A Child's Touch since he was 4 months old and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only are the teachers warm and caring, the building and playground are unbelievable. You can't see it from the street, but behind the building are multiple cabins, one set up as a grocery store, one as a dinosaur cabin, a nature cabin, a woodworking cabin...its amazing.
- Pros: Security, warm environment

I have been taking my kids to A Child's Touch for years. My oldest just graduated from Kindergarten and my twins are new "students" in the infant room. My experience with this facility has been nothing but exceptional. The staff always takes time to listen. The children are doted upon with great amounts of attention. Each age level has a curriculum specifically designed for maximum learning achievement. I can't imagine taking my children any other place. I feel these people are my second family and I'm greatful my children are in such capable hands.

The multitude of playgrounds, both indoor and out, computer lab, library, etc (you really have to take a tour to even imagine the facility) are only to be rivaled by the loving, committed staff, most of whom have been there for many many years and are in the child care industry for a career. The healthy meals, well planned curriculum and endless activities give the kids a very full day of learning and exploring. My two boys have gone there since birth and now that they are both toddlers I can see the results of them getting such superior day care. They both are good eaters, good sleepers, social and kind to peers with a well nurtured sense of self-esteem and love of learning. This daycare is more than I could have ever expected and many days when I drop the boys off I wish I could stay and be a kid again!!
- Pros: staff, facility, curriculum, meals, community activities
- Cons: nothing

We looked for about 3 months for the perfect child care facility. We choose A Child's Touch because we were so impressed with the tour. This place is huge. There is a science center, a nature center, a computer center, huge play areas with age appropriate equipment. There is even a ball pit. Most of the employees have been there for over 5 years. In most centers there is a high turn over of staff. Not here. They keep their employees happy, which benefits everyone.
The prices are a bit higher than some, but they have a learning program. They do not just let the kids watch tv all day. You get what you pay for, and for us our kids get nothing but the best. If you are looking for the best, look no further.
