Everytime I come here it is a lovely experience. From the down to earth staff and managers to the excellent services, I love it! I actually fell asleep during my last facial...it was so relaxing! The prices are decent and the staff is highly skilled and personable.

Pros: Friendly staff, great facials

Cons: difficult location

I just had a really bad experience at a hair salon at Lumiere Day Spa & Salon. I came in to get highlights but the hairdresser insisted for me to get an all over color (I am naturally dark blond and used to get blond highlights). So now I practically look bold, because the hair color is lighter then my skin. I look like a ghost. Meanwhile when we were done she just kept saying "oh you look beautiful". She must really have bad taste. Never coming back again.

Pros: parking

Cons: not much of professional expertise

I bought my mother-in-law a makeover package for the day here and it was awesome! She was very nervous about being in a spa for a day but the staff treated her very well and made her feel special. The prices were good, the manager was very sincere, and the atmosphere is beautiful!

Pros: Staff, facility, boutique inside, value

Cons: location - a little hard to find

46 years and this guy never had a facial. What have I been missing by being so macho? I emphatically encourage everyone to get the 60 minute Swedish combined with the 60 minute facial! But if you have to choose, the facial is the poor-man's massage of choice. They treat not only your face, but your neck, shoulders, upper back and even your hands! Expert and gentle, they calmed and pampered me completely. BTW, when they say 'sports massage' I think it is the more manly way of saying 'full body massage'. ha! Don't wait as long as I did. Get in and find out how good these folks really are, for your own good! With no appointment, I walked in and had them working on me within a half hour! Unheard of elsewhere!!

Pros: TerraCotta decor, Walk-up available!, Market Prices

Cons: No tea/wine offered

I had gotten the Sea Salt scrub for a gift for my birthday, and it was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and the massage therapist was very informative and helpful. I had the best time, I would defintely go back.

Pros: Free parking, great atmosphere, friendly staff

Cons: Location tough 2 find

My friend and I went for a day of pampering and that's just what we got! The environment is unhurried and serene. The staff was courteous and professional with personal attention to detail the experience towards my needs. I had a facial, body wrap, massage and mani\pedi and it was a fantastic day! Ill definitely be going back to try the other treatments.

Pros: Free Parking, Friendly Staff, Great Value

I rec'd my first facial from one of the owners, Alita. She was pleasant, knowledgable, and provided an outstanding introduction to their beautiful salon. I'll definitely go back for more - well appointed treatment rooms. I was using a less than optimal skin care system and she sold me on their products which have already improved my skin. It was not a hard sell at all. I feel like I received a great value for my money as she added the hand treatment as well. Don't miss this place!

Pros: location/parking, value per dollar, wonderful staff
