This place is a sad excuse for a business. The management style is "interesting" - not one I would mimic my business after, but to each his own! Be very careful in making purchases from here. That is your warning.
Cons: Rude managment and owner

d'Anelli Bridals is the best place to look for wedding gowns and hands down for bridesmaids and mothers. They have such a wide variety of styles, designer names and prices. I really enjoyed working with Robyn for my wedding gown!! I found the dress of my dreams! I knew it the first appointment I had but I insisted on bringing my sisters and best friends in for a peek! Robyn was there the next time I came in but she was with another bride and could not help me! ;-( She did come check on me and remembered which dress I loved! Afterwards my girls and I checked out bridesmaids and their selection is HUGE, I couldn't believe how many choices we had and Jamie was such a big help!!! Overall I highly recommend d'Anelli's!!!!

I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM COLORADO SPRINGS AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! D'ANELLI'S HAS THE BEST SELECTION FOR DESIGNERS AND PRICE RANGES. I FEEL IN LOVE WITH THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS AND HOLLY HELPED ME WITH THE PROCESS. SHE WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND ALSO GAVE ME GREAT IDEAS FOR MY WEDDING, NOT EVEN INVOLVING THE DRESS. SHE WANTED TO HELP ME FIND THE DRESS I LOVE AND I FEEL THATS WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT. THE OTHER BRIDAL STORES IN THE AREA (AMANDA'S AND SCHAEFERS) DID NOT HAVE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND REALLY I WAS NOT IMPRESSED OVERALL WITH MY EXPERIENCES THERE. I WILL BE GOING TO D'ANELLI'S FOR MY TUXEDOS AND BRIDESMAIDS AS WELL! HOLLY WAS AWESOME AND TRULY MADE ME FEEL BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT!

Wow! With all of the positive reviews posted since the end of March, 2008, I must conclude that there is new management at the store. This would have to be the case for these rave reviews to occur. Perhaps, one would need to check on this point. It is a curious change in events and postings.

I loved loved loved the experience i had at d'Anellis. Like most girls, i have been to almost every shop in town and this was one of my last stops. I called ahead of time and the lady I talked to said that it was a ok to come in as a walkin in about an hour because I was able to get out of work early one day. I went with my sister and cousin. I knew exactly what I was looking for and when I described it to the consultant who helped me, she pulled about five or six dresses that I loved. It was exactly what I had described to her. At two of the other shops I went to, they told me that what I was looking for was not for my body type which bummed me out. My consultant Jessica reassured me that the style I liked was one that I would look good in and pulled this style so I could see it for myself. I fell in love with a Simone Carvalli dress which happened to be in town for a couple of days for a trunk show. Jessica dressed me up and made me feel like a true princess. I knew this was the dress for me and since it was being shipped back that same day I went ahead and ordered. I was reassured that two girls measured me since dress sizing can be such a tricky thing ( since I am all over the size chart) and the lady at the front desk who i worked with was friendly as can be. I am so glad that I got off work early and that d'Anelli's was so accomodating to me---I found my dream dress and it should be in in a couple short months. Ignore the bad reviews and try it out for yourself~you will love it as much as I did.
Pros: very friendly helpful staff, beautiful store
Cons: can be overwhelming with all the stock

Please make sure that if you order a dress from this business that it is not a sample dress. Make sure when it comes in that it is in quality shape and check all facets of the dress. Better yet, maybe think twice before purchasing from here. I am so glad lots of people have had positive experiences since April 20. Hopefully, when their dresses come in, they will continue to think and write positively. I was told by the manager that I should have come with my daughter to try on the dress when it came in. Unfortunately, logistically, that was not possible. That means I lived too far away. The clerks were very condescending to me and I was not even the young bride trying to deal with them. Please shop around.

I have been on the hunt for 3 specific dresses that are (of course) the newest Sping 2008 line from the designers. I called every bridal shop that carried Pronovias and Mon Cheri in the Denver area as well as Atlanta and Raleigh since I am going there for showers next week. D'Anellis is the only store I spoke to that had those dresses in a sample for me to try on!!!! WOW. That is impressive. One of the 2 Mori Lee's I was looking for they did have in a sample but already sold it off the floor. They offered to order the sample for me at a charge of $100 which would be applied toward my dress purchase from them. From what I understand not many shops would even offer that. I have been into the shop twice to try on dresses. The first time I set up an appointment. The girl that helped me was very nice but I did feel that she was over scheduled that day because she kept going missing in my guess to eat the lunch I saw someone bring in. On her behalf, I had my mother with me in the dressing room who helped me so we didn't need her as much. I wasn't overy impressed with the service the first trip but they were in no way ever rude to me. The second time I went on a Saturday I did not make an appointment since I was returning with a friend to show her the dresses I liked. They quickly got me in with a girl named Joilee who was fantastic. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled several dresses that I missed the first trip that were exactly the style I'm looking for. She was great to work with and made good suggestions. I saw where others said all the dresses were big princess dresses, not true. I'm looking for a simple but unique chiffon dress with no frills or lace for a beach wedding. They had a great selection within my price range of under $1000. I have called the store to inquire about dresses and they were able to tell me if the designer had them in stock so I know how soon to order. My experience has been very good with this store so far.
Pros: Have the newest dresses from designers, big selection
Cons: They can be very busy if you go during peak season on the weekend

I visited d'Anelli Bridal, Special Occasion and Tuxedo in Feb. 2008. Getting married for the second time and being 50 years old I did not look forward to the shopping trip! My wonderful daughter and son in law came with me for moral support. On entering the show room I was asked by the receptionist, Angeli if I had an appointment, which I did not, that was no problem, she introduced me to my consultant, Barbara. I explained what I wanted, to feel and look like a bride but not in something clearly for a 20 something. This lovely lady steered me through dress after dress before running off to find something...what a something! My daughter burst into tears and so did I, my dress is just perfect and all thanks to the attention of the staff at d'Anelli Bridals. I left with not only that dress but something lovely for my daughter too. Thank you to Barbara and Jamie in bridesmaids! Just Wonderful!

My final dress stop was D'Anelli's. Very nice store, LOTS of dresses. I did not have an appointment, but they had someone to assist me right away (it was a Thursday), Holly, was very nice. I kinda knew what I was doing at this point and didn't require a whole lot of attention. I took four into the dressing room, when I came out in one of them it was very close to what I had in mind, but not exactly “the one”. Holly said to me "there is a dress just like that one over at The Brides Room (which is the store’s discounted and discontinued area) let me go grab it for you to look at". She came back with it and it was just what I pictured…. THE DREAM DRESS!!! I was extremely excited, not to mention it was less then half of the original price!!! I was a sample, to it shows some wear, but only in places it that are going to be altered anyway (i.e. the hem and the shoulder straps)!!!! And besides I am going to dry clean it. So that is my story (sorry so long). I hope it helps some of you in the search for the perfect dress! And check out the discount/discontinued section- you never know! ASK FOR HOLLY SHE IS AMAZING! I’m sure the other girls are great too.
Pros: prices, discount store
