My husband and I told were "36 months same as cash" by 2 different sales people (R. Martinez, in particular) on 2 different occasions. When we eventually opened the AIG Financing statements, we were surprised to find "15 months same as cash". We reread the numerous pages of sales info, no mention of "Financing". Calls to Mr. Martinez, M K Corporate offices and AIG Fin. Co. did not fix problem. Eventually, someone pointed out the terms of finance were "clearly" printed on the unsigned receipt copy, stapled to back of other papers. "Plan: 54115 15 MO SAC. DEF PMT" All other sales info in full sentences with appropriate headings, like "ship to:" 3rd and last bed purchased. B B B Accred. Bus. A+, wonder how much that costs.
