Water Heater Repair Job TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Timing was ok...they came same morning. The experience felt like we were being held hostage, not only if we wanted to be able to take hot showers but to be able to escape in our car (the driver blocked our driveway). They also have a trip charge which means even if you dont want them to do the repair you still have to pay them for coming over. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she mentioned that but I thought she said $4.50 and even asked her "four dollars and fifty cents?" and she said yes. So imagine my shock when the technician tells us its actually $44.50. We already knew what kind of part needed replacing and knew its cost averaged $10.00. It took less than 5 minutes to replace and charged us $306.50.... THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A THREE MINUTE JOB AND A $10.00 PART!!!!! I should go into heating and plumbing. They should be wearing tuxedos to work.... goodness knows they can afford it with those prices!! My lesson: Do price comparisions if you know what part/ work needs to be done.
Pros: once on location service was ok
Cons: TOO EXPENSIVE

Their good plumbers are excellent. Unfortunately, their best may not be on your job. Expensive at $175/hour labor cost. Would not recommend.
