horrible customer service, never rent a truck from there! Rude employees. Wouldn't work with problems.

This was obviously someone renting a U-Haul truck from our location. Unfortunately, our hands are very often tied as to how much, and in what way we can respond to unhappy customers with regard to U-Haul rentals. U-Haul (the corporation) ultimately controls how customer unhappiness is resolved.
