In addition to full-service restaurants, this restaurant offers a variety of catering packages; select from ribs, brisket, chicken and sides.
go brothers!!

i love this place # Be conversational: Write it as if relaying your experience to a good friend.
# Be specific: Generalities like "lazy service" or "tasty pizza" leave people wanting more detail.
# Be yourself: If you're an expert on burgers, let us know. If this is your first-time massage, say so.
# Compare apples to apples: Burger joints shouldn't be held to the same standards as four-star restaura
dry white meat chicken, not fond of the sauce
by prettyhot
I love barbeque but this was a disappointment. I could not believe a restaurant thatspecializes in BBQ could dry out a breast of chicken so badly. It was so dry, in fact, it was stuck unto itself. I had to tear it off the bone. It was almost like eating cardboard. The sauce didnt do it for me. I havent tried the ribs cuz I dont eat pork-but i really wanted to like this place. They need to learn how to cook chicken.
- Pros: outdoor seating, parking
- Cons: dry chicken
Needs Fixing
by whiskeyzebra
I have bought their ribs since they first opened on Leetsdale. The ribs were fabulous then. I have tried them several times recently and regretfully won't be back until they are back on track. On each occasion the ribs were dry with an off taste and seemed old. Something is wrong at Bros, and I hope they get it fixed.
THE BEST BBQ
by ednilla
The ribs here are great! Even though they put them on the grill, they still have a great flavor that goes great with their sauces. Also, the brisket is fantastic. I buy 1/2 lb. of brisket, a bun, and some coleslaw and make myself a great sandwich. The fries are also good - you get a good portion. Other than that, the hot links and the pulled pork are also good. I haven't tried all of their menu items, but what I have tried has been great!
- Pros: Good Food, Inexpensive, Good sauces
- Cons: Not consistent

brothers bbq is by far the best bbq in town. the ribs were tender and jucy and they just fell off the bone every time. the beans had great flavor with bits of pork that were out of this world. the pork shoulder sandwich with cole slaw on top was also fantastic. after eating at all four resaurants the service was increadable at all of them with the best food at the monaco location. i would recommend this to anyone who know bbq and is looking for a place to get down and dirty.
- Pros: service, kid friendly
- Cons: parking
NO WAY!

I've been to many BBQ joints and most of them not in Denver. All I can tell you is this ain't the best. It is ok and if you're in a fix, then ok as well. If this is the best Denver has to offer then don't bother listing Denver. I haven't been to any of the others on the list so I can't really compare, but compared to others out of state. No way.
Great BBQ place
by ikiru71
One of Denver's best BBQ places. The sauce, which generally makes a BBQ place, is excellent.: a little sweet, the perfect tang of vinegar, and some nice spice to put a little kick in it! The ribs were excellent, loaded with tender meat that fell right off the bone. The Memphis style pork shoulder is divine. Their sides are good to. The beans use their bbq sauce which make them nice and spicy. Their cole slaw is fresh and covered with an excellent dressing. Chase all of this down with their wonderful sweet tea and you have quite a meal. Overall, it was one of the best BBQ experiences I've had in town.
- Pros: Great food, Friendly staff, Good parking
- Cons: Pricy for one person
bad bad bbq
by skflute
This has to be the worst in Denver.......the ribs are bad quality and tough not to mention too spicy for kids, canned beans, plastic knives, forks, which don't cut the beef.
Beef very tough
- Pros: self service
- Cons: quality, high prices, not friendly cashiers
Still the best in Denver

I've been eating at Brother's since it opened on Monaco and Leetsdale. Best ribs, beans, beef and pork in Colorado. Best slaw in the country.
- Pros: Food, Atmosphere, Staff
