Great medicne and pleasant employees

We have been getting our health looked after by these folks for many years. We brought our children here and many family members have been referred here as well. We feel they are compassionate, caring available afterhours and just a great office to work with. Our daughter had several complicatins with her health and Dr. Kreutter has been wonderful at nursing her back to health and getting her to a point were she can enjoy life again.

I was a new patient today and the staff was friendly,

dr.johnson was easy to talk to and understanding. Urine tests came back while I was still there. I showed up early and was helped early.... no problems at all.

I'm coming back

My husband and I have seen Dr Kreutter for many years, him regularly and me only occassionally--I like Dr. Kreutter, but I'm pretty healthy and not a fan of doctors in general. The last time I was in it had been so long since my last visit that they'd put my file in storage (at least 5 years)--and yet Dr. Kreutter remembered my last visit, my kids' ages, when my husband finished school, etc. etc. She has always taken the time to answer my questions, shows concern about my issues, and is VERY thorough. I recently tried a family practice that's closer to me and the rushed, unfriendly treatment I got there made me decide to stick with Dr. Kreutter--she's well worth the drive.

Great Doctor, Horrible office

The first time I scheduled a visit with Doctor Krueter I was very impressed with her bedside manner. She spent an hour with me getting to know me, and making sure I was content with the information she provided me with. And everytime I have been in to see Doctor Krueter I have been very happy. HOWEVER the Office Staff is terrible. I have never been treated so poorly on the phone by a doctors office. I had to call them 3 times to get them to call in a perscription to a pharmacy. Dr. Krueter had told me if I had any questions I could just call and speak with her or her P.A. regarding a specific medication. When i called to speak with the Doctor or her P.A. I was told that someone would call me back before lunch. No one ever did. I called back and they told me i just needed to make an appointment that they couldn't address my questions on the phone.

Everytime I call the office I am on hold forever, they answer the phone saying, "can you hold". And then you hear them pick up your phone call numerous times and put you back on hold, I have even been disconnected a few times. If I was basing my rating just on Dr. Krueter I would giver her a 5. If I was basing my rating on her staff, I would give them a 0.

Nice clinic, great care

I make the drive because it is a great clinic and they help me heal and get on with my life. Thanks for all you do Dr. Kreutter, I am very grateful.

Very good Family Practice

We love this office. Our family has been coming here from before they moved. We love it and the providers are very good at what they do. My daughter got married and is bringing her husband here now, maybe a baby pretty soon as well.

I am always treated with dignity, they listen to my problems and work to fix my issues. I am very satisfied with these providers and the treatemnt they give. You are not just another patient at this place, you are a friend.

Always welcoming me, and they take good care of my health issues, and if I need a certain test they explain why. I have recommended them to my friends and family. Always a good experience and their prices are very reasonable.

wonderful family practice office

I receive great medical care at this office and that's why I keep coming back. The staff up front has changed and they are easy to deal with and very friendly. The previous lady was replaced and the two new ones have great attitudes. My wife suggested I try this office as I was having issues with my previous clinic and I have never looked back. I will continue to come here for many years.

We love this place. Our visits are always thorough, the staff really cares about us and are pleasant, we are pleased with the treatment we receive and the office staff is efficient . The phsyicians are the best!

Great family practice clinic

The office is well run, the providers offer great care, the front desk is friendly and eager to help, the change at the front is welcome with new staff with great attitudes. I wouldn't go back to my other office, this is a wonderful clinic with excellent medical expertise.
