I simply LOVE the trainer I am working with. I feel stronger and better. The fitness and nutrition approach has been well rounded - and just the motivation I needed to get off my couch and get in shape. The facility is small, but it is not intimidating at all for a person who felt clueless in a gym setting. The intimate feel is perfect for those just starting out, or those who really want to concentrate on thier form.
