The training and nutritional guidance I receive from Studio29 has been top notch. I have finally been able to lose 30lbs that I had been trying to lose since I had my last child 8 years ago. I feel healthier and more fit than I did in my 20's and I will be 40 this year! I can not recommend Studio29 enough. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I love the atmosphere and location of the gym. It's easy to access and I don't have to pay for parking. I am not sure the previous posting understands the concept of personal training gym. I think it is wonderful that I don't have to go to a crowded membership gym which turns out to be a meat market social hour. But if that's what you are looking for, there are plenty of 24 Hour Fitness' around the city.
