Absolutely LOVE the Video!!! Wish it was a bit Longer and showed a little of what you did, maybe a before and after... If that video doesn't sell, you must not be posting/advertising enough... Great Video!! ~ Potential Future Customer

I've seen some of the so-called work done by window tinting places around here. Every corner seems to have a shop that does tinting now...and the shoddy craftsmanship or cheap material shows up as bubbles or purple tinting. Not so with Tint Crafters of Aurora. Not only is the shop clean, the service professional and personable, but the quality and care they apply to their work is absolutely top-notch. I am immensely satisfied with the work they did on my car windows. Not only were they fast and courteous, but they took the time to show me examples and answer every question I had with regards to procedures and concerns. Don't make a mistake and go elsewhere- take your vehicle to Tint Crafters. You'll wonder why you waited so long.

Like several other users, here, I found Tint Crafters of Aurora on citysearch dot com. I drove 3 hours from my home in the mountains to have new owners Jess and Karrie & crew install tinting on my recently purchased Cadillac STS. Karrie was very helpful in not only explaining the process but also in showing me the differences in tint jobs on several vehicles in the parking lot and in the shop. She helped make my choice (the no.15 tint all around) very easy. Their staff is very detail oriented, the work was done in the time allotted and I am very pleased with the result. Give Jess & Karrie your business. You'll be glad you did.

Pros: Comfortable, clean waiting area. Had some laundry with me & there happened to be a dry cleaners about 3 doors down. Very convenient.

Cons: Could use a couple more chairs for customers but they did bring another in for me, as the other seats were occupied.

I didn't need to examine their work environment very closely to realize how clean it is. They took great care in making sure that everything, from the floor to the walls to the tools they work with, were free of dust, debris, and clutter. Their work was highly meticulous compared to other vendors I've been to. It has been three weeks since, and I have found no bubbles, debris, or errors of any kind. Perfect job.

Pros: All pros.

Cons: No cons.

I wish more companies had the same level or customer service and quality. John took the time to explain all of the options and more than delivered on the quality. Even if the Tint Crafters Aurora is bit of a drive, it is worth it. Price was fair - don't trust your tint job with anyone else!

I first used these guys almost a couple of years ago after I saw a review on Citysearch. I always use City search when ever I can, to check out a buisness.Tint Crafters of Aurora tinted and put a clear bra on my new Lexus IS 350. Everyone there is a real professional. The job was great and still looks great. Everything they caimed was real. Several friends and co-workers have now also used them, and the reults and customer service is always the same (excellent!!!) John the owner is very knowlegeable about his services and products, and if he doesnt have an answer about something he finds out and gets right back to you. He goes out of his road to to try and accomodate any special needs you might have, like an early or late pickup or drop off time. Great place to trust your vehicle with if you want the best. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks John, keep up the great service

Pros: Everything is as promised and you dont see customer service like this any more.

Wow, what a great place! I did alot of research and looking around. I happened across the citysearch site and decided to call these guys. I was impressed almost immediately by John's professional knowledge and his polite conversation. Their shop is really clean and I felt really comfortable leaveing my brand new Honda Accord with them. Everyone there is really nice and and helpfull. My Accord also required felt on the doors so the tint wouldnt get scratched. Nobody else I called was even aware of that situation. When I called, John gave me a web site called ( tintdude ) to verify that it really is required to put felt on my doors. They also did the clear bra on my car. And after they put the clear bra on they protected it with this stuff called PLEXUS ( at no extra charge ). The tint and clear bra on my car is great, everyone is always commenting on how great it looks and asking where I got it done at ! I very highly recommend these guys to everyone. I havent seen this kind of customer service and pride in a buisness in a long time! It was really a pleasure doing buisness with them. Youve got to check them out everybody!

Excellent job and really nice people. From my first contact I liked these guys, John was really knowledgeable and helpfull. The clear bra and tint on my new Honda Civic was perfect and their price was $300.00 less than the dealer. My sister was really impressed with them also, she will have her Mustang done there next week. Its been a long time since Ive seen customer service like this.

Awesome tint job in the past from a previous installer who is no longer there brought me back to tint my sunroof. The finished tint was too small for the window and they tried to correct it by outlining it with some black substance that made it look as though I did the tinting. I asked the owner to redo it and was ok with the redo but the tech flipped out. I feel that if you are paying for a service or product, it should be done to some level of satisfaction and it clearly was not. The owner came down on the price and convinced me to come back a second time to let them fix it and the same tech ended up throwing a fit and walking out in the middle of tinting shortly after starting to fix it and refused to finish it. To my understanding, it was due to him thinking I was looking over his shoulder when simply walking to use the bathroom. The owner said he'd do it for free but needless to say, I won't be returning back. I would never let someone continue to work there after confronting a client (not to mention profanity towards a client) but that is simply how I run my business. Bottom line is it was a great place before this tech came along but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. If you must get your windows tinted there do it on Saturday. The owner stated that this particular tech doesn't work that day.

Pros: Good brand of tint.

Cons: Bad service.

They did an amazing job. John answered all my question's, extremely professional and polite, and the quote/end price was very affordable. I highly recommend, and will deffinantly do business with again.
