i had an amazing time there, the effort and knowledge put in by the staff is great. i laugh at people this this person below who probably throws a fit and excuse me is a $%^@ to everyone and expects high class service. from my own experience, having to stand behind a disgruntal, annoying fellow customer is just a headache. it was a great time, great service from the moment i stepped into the door. well spent money.

I originally agreed with all of the great reviews of this salon. I made my first visit to this salon back in December and told all of my friends how wonderful it was. Then I had issues with a return of product that I bought from the "very helpful" owner, April. I was treated as though the return was bring taken right from the receptionists, Vivians, pocket! I had planned to spend LOTS of money and time at Mirabella although the way I was treated has changed my mind completely. I have put in several phone calls to the owner, none of which have been returned. I thought it wise for her to know that her receptionist has the customer service skills of child, apparantly this is not a concern of hers. The services themselves were great but if you ever have any customer service issues know that the owner and front office staff WILL abandon you. Not worth the money for a purely indulgent service.

My wife used her gift card I purchased for her at Christmas. She came home relaxed and had a beautiful glow. I asked her what she liked best and she said "All of it, I felt so spoiled". Thank you for making me a hero! she'll be back.
Pros: Beautifu treatment rooms

My husband isn't the spa and pampering type, but for his birthday I decided to treat him to a full-body massage since he'd never had one. I was looking for a spa that would make men feel just as comfortable as women. My first thought was Cherry Creek, but my boss at work (after he overheard my dilemma) suggested Mirabella Day Spa. As he described it, he was going to drop his wife off for a facial and ended up getting a steam bath to relieve his congestion. I didn't tell my husband what his birthday present would be until we arrived at Mirabella (I figured that if we were already there he couldn't leave!) He was a little nervous walking in the front door, but seemed more relaxed when he met the massage therapist. She asked him about sore spots, tension areas, etc., and when she was finished my husband came out a new man! He looked so relaxed and just raved all the way home about how his back pain had eased and how she had worked out a couple problem knots. I'm thrilled he enjoyed his birthday present so much. I found out that Mirabella also has gift cards, so if you're looking for a present for someone but don't know exactly what their spa service preference would be, the gift card is a great way to go!
Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable staff who knows how to make a spa newbie feel at ease

My mom and I had the most memorable day at this spa. We both were pampered beyond belief and given a break with champagne and lunch. The staff was professional but very fun - we walked out of there with huge smiles on our beautifully refreshed faces, relaxed and renewed. I would not only recommend the spa, I would give it as a gift to my favorite people knowing they would also be treated better than royalty.

My sister in law and I celebrated our birthdays at Mirabellas with a spa lunch of which included several services...facial, manicure, pedicure, organic sugar scrub and a relaxing massage. 5 hours later we were both in heaven as we ate lunch and sipped on mimosa's (included) in our spa robes and slippers. I am a very particular customer and expect excellent service and the staff went above and beyond. Not only were they personable and professional but the owner herself made it a point to personally greet us and ask us how our experience was going. All around the services performed were exceptional. We both felt rejuvenated, refreshed and relaxed and will now make it a tradition EVERY year to celebrate at the Mirabella Spa! and now my husband is hooked too... :-)
Pros: Reasonable prices, relaxing atmosphere, experienced staff
Cons: None

Mirabella Day Spa is incredible as I have been going there since it first opened. Everyone is having fun there. They go the extra mile every time I'm there. They offered me parafin treatments last time and did it at no charge. They've offered me champagne in the past to make it an extra special treat. Their facials are to die for. I love this spa and drive 40 miles to get there as often as I can!

I recently took my son to have his first facial and I had heard that Mirabella's was a nice low key spa - ideal for a male teenagers first spa experience. I suggested a facial when he started to break out for the first time. He was hesitant but agreed to go. He was immediately greeted, smiled at me and I knew that was the signal that he was okay. One hour later I picked him up and he was glowing. Not just from the facial but from the service. He said it was great and wanted to come back again. He actually used his own money to tip and he thought 25% was fair. I would recommend Mirabella's Spa to anyone who wants to break in their teenager to a warm and non intimidating experience.
Pros: Inviting atmosphere, parking, easy to get an appointment, friendly staff

I moved here at the beginnng of the school year from LA and was referred to Mirabellas's by several mom's. I am very picky and visited some of the best spas LA had to offer. I took my new friends advice and set up a hair, nail and a 90 minute massage apointment. They called me 48 hours in advance to "confirm" my appointment and welcomed me as a new customer. In short my hair turned out great, I won't go anywhere else for my nails ( the girl was awesome) and I fell asleep during my massage and woke up feeling like a new person. I'm hooked and just purchased gift certificates for my friends who referred me.
Pros: 2 thumbs up, fantastic place, a winner, reasonable prices
Cons: Can't think of one

Our visit was top notch from the moment we walked in the door. My friends and me were greeted warmly and then changed into a cozy robe and slippers. We were offered champagne too! We all got manicures and pedicures and felt like queens. My friend got the pre natal massage and is 8 months along, she said she was placed in a custom bed made especially for expecitng moms...she said it was heaven to be able to lay on her stomach for once. We also got facials and the spa had yummy snacks for us to eat. We all really enjoyed ourselves! We are planning to take advantage of the "Ladies Night Out" package sponsored by the Hilton. The spa is beautiful and the staff was great!
Pros: Beautiful, customer focused staff, great hours
