Non-customers beware.

No stars--I am not a customer of this bank and don't recommend it due to the following incident: about 2 weeks ago (beginning of March 2008), my college daughter used Guaranty Bank's ATM. She was given the money she requested but the machine kept her card. She went into the bank to ask for it back, but the teller would not give it to her, because "she is not a customer of the bank." So what happens to others who use the ATM who are not customers? I assume Guaranty Bank charged her a service fee. I find this policy to be completely unacceptable and shameful. My daughter now has no way to get money until her new card arrives. I plan to call the Bank Manager to get an explanation and I hope that the teller was mistaken, but that is no help to my daughter.
