...Nice place but very poor in customer service when an issue is brought to their attention. The owner refuses to admit fault and make things better. He also has no problems sending his customers to the competition ("Fine, I wasn't making any money off you anyway."-this is a real quote by the way) Pricing is too high (and uses coupons to justify the high pricing). Too often has our clothing not returned in a timely manner or arrived damaged (i.e., missing buttons, sweater's stretched out, discolorization, etc.)
Pros: Good location
Cons: Bad parking, Over-priced, bad customer service
