David is pure genius! I met David in Denver when he first arrived. He did wonders for my hair...I have thick unruly hair. His color is always perfect; he takes the time to listen to what you want, and it always come out perfect. When he cuts my hair I don’t need any product when I get home to style as he does...always a sign of a good haircut. I was so sad when I moved away...I have yet to find someone to give me as good as cut as David...even in Chicago! Whenever I know I am going to be in Denver I make an appointment. I highly recommend Crush for all of your salon needs…you will not be disappointed with anyone in his salon.

I just visited Crush today for the first time. Sarah was my stylist and she was awesome! I am really picky about my hair and she not only listened and took her time, she gave me exactly what I wanted. On top of that - my appointment started right on time, the salon was adorable and very well kept and when I checked out, the receptionist (who was very nice as well) detailed my bill and the pricing info for me- very much appreciated. I will definitely be going back! (Only advice- bring change for meter parking)

Pros: Everything

Cons: Parking- but expected in downtown

A few years ago David was my stylist on the Main Line near Philadelphia. He broke my heart when he went to Colorado, and my hair has never been the same. David is creative, talented, sweet and funny. I can only imagine that he has a top notch crew at Crush as he did here. Ladies, you will never look better than you will after visiting Crush.

I am very fussy about my hair, so when I moved to a new city I was concerned about finding the right stylist. I tried 2 other places before I went to Crush. The other two places did not do as I asked haircut or color wise. And the way they styled my hair afterwards was scarry. I met someone who got their hair done at Crush, so I decided to give it a try. Since I didn't know anyone there, I couldn't ask for a particular stylist, I got Wendi. Boy am I glad. She listened to what I wanted. She was very friendly too. I got and continue to get the best cut, and her coloring skills are outstanding. I always get compliments on my cut and color. It looks so natural. Never in my life have I been very happy with the way my hair is styled when I leave, but with Wendi I feel like I don't have to go home and fix my hair. I will continue to go back and recommend her to my friends. By the way, she gives a great shampo, it is so relaxing.

Pros: best cut and color and friendly stylist (Wendi) who listens to what I want

Cons: parking can be a challenge, since it is downtown, but I usually get a spot out front. There are also plenty of lots.

I have been going to Chanda for my unmanagable curly hair for almost 7 years now and Crush for about 6. I could'nt be happier with the service or Chanda. She is fantastic and always get my hair healthy, under control and looking GREAT! She uses all my favorite products, Kerastase, Bumble and bumble, and surprises me with a wonderful smelling shampoo or conditioner periodically. Crush is a fabulous chic salon with a friendly staff and a comfortable feel. Plus I can have complimentary juice and a biscuit while my scalp is getting a great head massaged! A+++ for Crush.

Pros: They use great products like Kerastase and Bumble and Bumble

Cons: I wish I had more money to spend there!

I moved from Australia 2 years ago and was anxious to find a hairdresser that uses Kerastase. I found Crush through Citysearch, made a booking with Chad and haven't looked back since. They not only do good colour but are very friendly and always provide excellent service.

I am ultra picky about my hair. I had this wonderful stylist in New York who I trusted completely and then went through several not-so-great stylists in Hawaii... so when I moved here, I was very scared about finding someone good. I found Crush on Citysearch and when I saw that they sold Kerastase I decided to try them out. I got set up with Julli and she was amazing. She fixed a terrible haircut I was coping with, made my colour look great, and best of all, the price was fantastically cheaper than what I am used to paying. I've already made plans to return and recommend them to anyone else wanting great hair.

Pros: Clean, customer service, atmosphere

When I first stepped out of the salon I couldn't have been happier. I had brought in a picture of the style I wanted and had 7 inches taken off. My cut was a perfect match. A week later I realized one side was a 1/2 inch shorter than the other. The staff at crush were very personable and the salon itself is very cheery, but overall I don't think I'll be returning.

I scheduled a cut after a few friend recommended Crush to me. My cut was scheduled with Chad and he was absolutely divine. He even shaped my brows while washing my hair! The atmosphere was friendly and chic. I'll be back in 2 wks for a color job :)

Pros: affordable, skilled, contemporary

Cons: metered parking
