Best Night Club in Lodo

Overall the best nightclub in lodo. Clean, good music and nice staff make for a great night. Great place to reserve your private area for a b-day party. Can't wait to go back!

THIS IS NOT FLORIDA, THIS IS DENVER! It is very old when clubs try to be something they're not. Get some b-boys, and poppers in there again. Not everyone in Denver is impressed with this whole go-go dancer thing. I am impressed when I see someone who can actually rip up the dance floor. other than that I would say that it still is worth going to check out the club for yourself, it has a pretty cool look to it and definitely has alot of potential to be the best club in Denver, but to me the best club in denver is the snakepit on saturdays because it is just about the music and has no dress code, and is very well priced. So What was the best thing this club had going for it.

Get down--or don't--at this funky LoDo hot spot.

The Scene
Pausing next to the dance floor of this multi-themed club is normal, as first-timers need to soak in the scene. Downstairs, scantily clad go-go dancers with KISS-style makeup gyrate wildly on blocks amid mainstream folks with Bill Cosby-like moves. Meanwhile, platinum-haired waitresses in skintight silver wear serve cocktails against a backdrop of trippy kaleidoscope images. Upstairs, a reservation-only VIP area and a tranquil "shadow lounge" provide refuge, as does an outdoor, palm-lined patio.

The Draw
Cutting-edge DJs set the mood here. Different nights mean different music, including deep house, funk, Latin and Top 40 electric remixes, while entertainment ranges from the standard go-go girl to Chinese pole dancers. Whether visitors seek to mix it up on the dance floor, spy down on the entertainment, or peacefully sip champagne among fellow scenesters, the contemporary, well-planned design allows for it all.

well after trolling through lodo for a while i stopped into Rise... very much a miami vibe and miami prices.. but very cute girls were every where.. drinks were a bit over priced.. but the size of the club was enormous... hands down best upscale club in lodo...

Rise, while a bit on the expensive side, is the best club in Lodo, hands down. You'll find excellent drink service, a great party atmosphere and great DJs. Their weekly events are also something to see. I still can't figure out the palm trees on the patio. If Aspens or Evergreens aren't seen in Miami, why should we see palm trees here in Denver? Other than that, Rise has a bright future here and these guys know what they're doing when it comes to keeping people coming back.

• Cons: tad expensive, long waits at bars

Rise to What?

The line takes way too long inorder to have a high class look. Once inside it has nice dance club decor with light blue and white lighting there go-go dancers that make for an entertaining view. The club seems to be for the newly 21 or those who want to pretend to be newly 21. The drinks cost too much and the cover is too much for a DJ that just plays your regular high paced club music. I would not recommend Rise if you want to have a good time without all the pretentiousness.

Rise is definitely the best club in Denver. They have a great ladies night on Wednesdays--perfect for a girls night out. The music, entertainment & staff are everything that Denver's night life has needed for a long time!

This club is everything the Denver nightlife has been missing over the years! The place has everything: friendly employees, great drinks and bartenders, incredible dancers and entertainment, and an overall awesome vibe!

Great Night

I would just like to extend a thank you to the staff at Rise for making our Anniversary very special. Last weekend my wife and I went to Rise after dinner to enjoy our 5th wedding anniv. We were completely impressed with the club. We stopped to talk to one of the managers and after he found out that it was our anniversary he offered to take us to the VIP room-A very sweet cocktail waitress then brought us some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! What a great night!!

Everytime I go to Rise I have a blast. The Employees are friendly and helpful and the music is always on the mark. The Patio is Fantastic and their amazing food makes rise a great place to go for a late evening snack!!!!!
