Nice and inviting. Paris, the bartender, is so sweet and always on her game. The food and atmosphere are great for a local crowd!
Noteable Food, Lacking Atmosphere.
We are happy to have Serioz in our Lowry neighborhood. The food is really good, but it's lacking in the atmosphere department.
The Mac N'Cheese is SO good - creamy and flavorful and I am also a big fan of the pizza. We usually get the Chazone, which has pepperoni, feta and pineapple. The menu has some interesting combinations, but is a little pricy.
The atmosphere could be better. It's relaxing, but is missing a little something. It could be the lighting and it has a little bit of a cold feel.
We will continue to go back to Serioz though - good patio in the summer and tasty food.

Seriozly Disappointed.
Wow. After 1 pick-up order and 2 visits, we'll never go back.
Pick-up (over a year ago) wasn't bad, the food was decent. But on two recent visits within the last few months, it's clear this place needs to clear up some staffing issues.
1st visit, our server seemed friendly enough, but when we were waiting for her to take our order she was at the bar, yawning and talking to the tender. We waved her way a number of times before she came over.
Last night, we were given the menu and a card with the specials on it - which included a lobster ravioli. Not once did she mention that they were actually out of the lobster until one of us tried to order it. My dad ordered the Parmesan Chicken, which was touted to be a chicken breast - what came out was a plate of overcooked spaghetti with PIECES of rubbery chicken held together with a UNIT of burnt cheese on top to hold it together. He actually picked up the whole cheese "slice" in one jab with the fork, and it peeled off like a flattened piece of Silly Putty. Clearly, it wasn't evenly melted. When my dad refused the meal based on the fact that he received pieces of chicken that looked and tasted like leftovers (rather than the BREAST mentioned in the description) the server - who happened to be Miss Yawny-Face from our first visit - started to make excuses! She insisted that's how they always did it and didn't even offer him an alternate choice, a reduced price on something else, or an opportunity to speak with the manager. This may be standard practice but they didn't even take the full price off the bill, they charged him almost $2 for something he couldn't even eat. As a side, my companion ordered a Seven and Seven that was hugely watered down and cost $6. I had an iced tea that was touted on the menu as "free refills," but was never once asked if I wanted a refill.
No wonder that on a Saturday night between 7-8 p.m. the place was only half-full.

EVERYTHING GREAT... except for..... My husband and I went to Serioz for the third time this Saturday evening. We went beck because the food is delicious, and the service is good, but this time was different. We were sat by an adorable hostess, and served the addicive garlic bread, and then we waited... and waited... only for this server, Amanda, to be completely passive and quite rude to us throughout the entire meal. Upon observation, out waitress was charming to her male colleagues, whom she was more concerned with then her tables. I want to try serioz again, but maybe we will sit in someone elses station next time. View Less … View More
Great Pizza. Serioz is the best place in the Lowry town center for dinner. The pizza is very good, and the pesto pasta is also quite tasty. I have always found the service to be good and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone on the east side of town looking for some good pizza. View Less … View More
absolutely terrible.... I don't know why every one has reviewed this place with such high remarks. Seriously the worst italian food I have ever tasted. The tomato alfreado was chunky and bland. I couldn't even cut the ravioli the nasty sauce was on. Oh, and I forgot to mention that they completely forgot my salad which ws the only thing I really even wanted. The other reviews all said the food was good and the service was bad. The service was the only thing worth a good remark at this place. Seriously, don't waste your time. There are plenty of good italian restaurants in Denver with service just as good. View Less … View More
The service makes it worth it. After reading the other reviews, I was actaully taken aback by the negative service comments. My husband and I have been coming here for years, and while we have seen some of our favorite servers come and go, they always seem to replace them with quality employees. Yes, the bread is amazing, and the pizza is unique, but it's the greetings we get as we walk in and see familiar faces that makes this place our favorite "neighborhood spot." If anything, we have seen some of the lowry clientele seem entitled to get their food in 10 minutes because THEIR kid is not behaving. Even our favorite delivery driver treats us well... Horrible service, very yummy Italian.
My husband, a friend and I ate here for dinner because it was close to our house. I read the reviews prior to dining and should have taken
notice of the reviews that noted the poor service. We had one of the worst servers I?ve ever had. Not only did he mess up our order, 3 times, he was rude when we asked for our correct order. I?m not talking about crazy, special order, obnoxious customer requests, but a bottle of wine, and ?no onions please?. In addition, he was rude when we asked for water, for the 3rd time, 30 min after we arrived.
We will give this place another try because the food was very good and I will hope not all the servers are as bad as ours.
Worth the visit if you want yummy, fair priced, Italian. If you?re the least bit impatient, I wouldn?t bother. The food was worth the average rating. Had the service been good, I would have given this place 5 stars, too bad.

Best creamy tomato sauce I've found.
So glad to find this place! Amazing pizza's, the best creamy tomato sauce around and a fun patio.
I've gone 3 times and each time the dish I try is really good. And then there are the desserts!
I had some chocolate thing that I think I dreamed of that night!
The hours are conveneint and the wait staff has been really friendly.

Serioz is a great neighborhood place.. The staff is friendly and warm while still efficient. I love the Tapis menu in the afternoon and the drink specials are affordable as well as delicious. Paris is the best bartender in the world. I have always found the food great and the pizza and bread is fantastic. If you haven't tried Serioz give it a whirl, it is a great family place with summer in the fountain a favorite for the kids. View Less … View More
