These Guys are Very Helpful / Quick / Knowledgeable.
I brought my computer into these guys the day before Christmas, and, now the day after, it is done, and Amazingly fast. I tried for 2
weeks to get the viruses off the computer. I finally decided that falling behind on work was not an option, and the Geeks, and others in the area are not recomended. EXPERCOMP has very friendly staff - and very knowledgable and Helpful. I am glad to have my computer back - fully cleaned, and with better Virus Protection in place.
It was a little difficult finding, but they REALLY are 40 feet from the SE intersection of Kipling and Bowles ON THE ACTUAL INTERSECTION, in the sprinkler shop building. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Fast / Professional / Courteous with better prices than anywhere else.

I do not recommend. Based on the other reviews, I so wanted to be pleased, and was very patient with this guy, knowing that sometimes with small businesses you do have to cut people slack with time frames, etc. But it got ridiculous. He took over a month to get my computer running, and at the end of the that time, it still wasn't up to what it originally was. He replaced some parts that were not of the same caliber as the originals. Parts I waited weeks for him to get. Really? Three weeks to get a part? Let's face it, it's hard to be without a computer for that long. When the parts did come, it was another week to get them installed. Also, here's a biggie--HE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!. You have to actually show up at this door to find out what is going on with the repairs. A month later, still waiting for a part, I gave up and took it somewhere else. Prompt service. Very professional. My laptop would not boot. He troubleshot it and fixed it when HP customer service had no clue and
wanted to reformat and reinstall Windows.

EXPERCOMP ROCKS!.
I won't make an EXTREMELY long review like the other people. I have to agree with "VileMoon" though. I know, call me crazy for reading all
of that! Well, I also went to Expercomp.
"Mike the Computer Guy" was GREAT! He greeted me--well, he gave me the universal, "one moment" sign and promply hung up. He asked how I was doing and in my calm, objective opinion, was being perhaps too nice!
He gave me a 45% discount and told me what was wrong with my computer for free! Awesome service, he really knows what he's doing! I realize alot of people negatively exaggerate Expercomp but really, Mike has 2 phone chargers and when I was bugging him about his prices and bargaining, he was saying he could--BEEP BEEP BEEP! Well, he called me back about 20 seconds later and then it went, BEEP BEEP BEEP! This went on for a couple of minutes--GOSH! I WAS LAUGHING TO DEATH!!! "Sorry, my battery keeps going dead! Well, I was saying, I could add a 20% discount and-" BEEP BEEP! "Oh, hi? Sorry, I really am! These phones aren't too wonderful. I keep pluging them in and then with the other handset call you and then, it drains of it's power and then, I get the other one etc! Ohh batte-" BEEEEEP! You can imagine how funny THAT was! Well, great service. Never go ANYWHERE else! Best guy in Denver! And other cities... :D

Excellent at repairs!.
CAUTION: THIS REVIEW IS LONG BUT IT WILL HELP YOU! And if you don't want to read alot, scroll down to the CONCLUSION:
OK, we all make mistakes every once in a while. I even exaggerate negatively when I criticize buisnesses. I will give you the CORRECT INFO ON EXPERCOMP! I went to Expercomp Computer Services ALOT and get discounts! Check their Facebook for their annual discounts--they have TONS of great ones!
Anyway,they have a 60 day warranty so it technically gives me 60 days to screw my computer up again! :D
Let me tell you something, if you keep reading--you will really understand Expercomp's lifestyle. I mean, yeah we all make mistakes and say, "Oh. Whoops?!" right? Well, maybe not.. But I do! Just, keep reading. Trust me, it'll really be worth it!
Well, no matter what, they have alot of buisness and indeed do get a little confused at times. A mistake for them is not very usual. I saw how many computers he was working on--there was a pile of at LEAST 17 computers!!!
They only ONCE didn't do the full system clean--they added 20% more to the clean! I gave them $20 for the extra work they did but-- they refused to take it! And even better-- I got my laptop back-- just as usual, all the dust blown out of it and the screen polished! Same thing everytime!
Their prices are REALLY good and Mike treats everyone like they're old friends from highschool or something.
Mike tries to do his best at everything and puts alot of effort into fixing the great heap of computers and laptops. That pile of computer has ALOT of viruses murking around in it-- hard to get rid of too.
HISTORY: I once was a computer nerd too-- I actually had my own shop! BOY, lemme tell you from straight up-- THAT WAS HARD! I couldn't take any loans from the bank--I was COMPLETELY broke and knew I wouldn't be able to pay them back!
Viruses were pretty hard to get rid of back in the day-- for me! I certainly won't open up a computer store again. Root-kit viruses are in fashion for the virus making companies. I just can't fighure out how to get rid of those fellers! Well,
Mike came into my store and saw me-- well, kinda... crying... And he said, "Can I help?" I nodded over to the computers gone berserk and, he fixed them right away! GRRR-- he fixed MY computers! Ha, no we're not competitive! He actually taught me lots of stuff! Now I don't really need another computer nerd to fix my computer!
Well, turns out he'd had ALOT of experience and opened his own store 1 month ago from that time. Right now it would be somthing like 12 years ago.
Now he has an ACTUAL store front and is fixing computers! I gave up with the computers.. Just wasn't my thing.
CONCLUSION:I realize this review is droning on and on but-- overall, Mike is a great guy.
Whef, probably one of the main reasons I gave up with computers-- the CUSTOMERS! Well, that includes me now... I try not to get mad when my computer is at the bottom of the list of the, fix the computers list No matter how long it takes to get done though, it always gets done and, it's ALWAYS worth it!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. I took my computer in because I thought the hard drive had crashed. Mike was great with his price and he even brought it down from $250 to $180. I thought great - and then he called me the next day and said its not the hard drive - is the secondary hard drive (or the disc drive). Well a week later it was ready, I got it home and NO DISC DRIVE. It wasnt even there. I had to take it back. His initial reaction was .. oh yeah.. well it wasnt me who worked on it so I will fix and and call you. Its been over a week - and so I called him. Mind you I had already paid him for the work. He informs me that its not done yet because he had a bunch of customers who came in that he had to prioritize. I ALREADY PAID YOU! I asked him to clarify for me that he actually put me on the back burner of priorites because he had new business? REALLY? And then he hung up on me. I called him back and asked when it would be ready. He informed me should be ready today. He also told me that " You know, I got really busy and I have to stay in business." Yes Mike you do. And the way to do that is to do good business and to take care of business. Here is the kicker ... I sent a friend over there to get a key replaced on his lap top - MIKE BROKE THE KEY BOARD WITH THE CUSTOMER STANDING RIGHT THERE AND THEN CHARGED HIM OVER $90 TO FIX WHAT HE BROKE! He also told my friend to come back the next day at 10:00 am to pick up the NOW broken lap top.. of which Mike was not there and didnt answer the phone. My friend drove all the way over to Littleton from Aurora based on my recommendation - which I made after the initial contact. I PROMISE YOU MIKE - I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES OR YOUR BUSINESS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ON THAT END OF TOWN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO DOEST CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! WOW these guys have really good prices, much better than Geek Squad. Expercomp fixes computers and laptops so quickly I thought my computer
would still have a problem, but no it was better than ever.
If you ask for your computer to be cleaned, they go the extra mile and clean the computer with some cloth, and still clean the adware!
I suggest you head on over to Expercomp to get your computer fixed!
