I used to come here right after work, which is probably the most crowded time. A treadmill was always available, in spite of how crowded it was. The treadmills were also set up in the "second row" so that you could actually watch the television sets up above. Group exercise was reasonably varied and at convenient times in the evenings. Locker room was spacious and clean. Parking is plentiful if you know about the secret of the parking garage. Which is that, if you Exit the parking garage after 6pm, it's free. And if you exit before 6pm, it's free if Bally's validates your parking. So there's really no need to stalk people walking back to their car out in the parking lot.
Pros: Seems like a treadmill was always available; plenty of parking
Cons: not many Bally locations in the metro area
