From the start I have appreciated the experience with Terwilliger Fitness and their trainers. Six months ago I was new to fitness and now I feel completely confident to exercise on my own when I travel. Terwilliger Fitness is a valuable resource.

This place is great. Tom, the owner, is so dynamic, that you can't help getting excited about working out. Yoko Washington is awesome. The facility is spotless and the locker room is great. Everybody is friendly. I would highly recommend them if this is "the" summer that you are finally going to get in shape. Great trails nearby too, for running after a good workout.

I think this place is the best you have great pepole and not only that they are like family every one is so nice there and on the weekends it is quite I like that alot when you go to other gyms they are so crowded and loud and at terwilliger fitness it is quite and there is always a machine open for use clean you go to other gyms the bathrooms are nasty and at TF everything is so clean I am not afraid to touch anything there is always someone there cleaning and a great enviorment always has always will be and the owners are great people they always have time for you and if you ever need anything the are there great gym.
Pros: open machines, great people, not crowded

Upon enterining this friendly training studio you get the feeling of family. It is a place that enspires you to rise to the challenges, as well as have a helpful push along the way. Not your typical training studio. If you are looking for an exceptional place tp reach your fitness as well as life goals this is this studio for you.
