I was very excited to find a cooking school like Mise en Place. Unfortunately, they don't offer many classes to the public, so when I found one, I signed my friend and myself up. However, signing up wasn't as easy as I hoped, as I called them and there was no answer and they never called me back so I was forced to navigate their unorganized website. One day before the class, they called and told me that the class was cancelled because enough people didn't sign up. When I was upset at this news, they scolded me and said it wasn't their fault that people didn't sign up. From a marketing perspective, it is the fault of any business for offering a product that they themsleves do not market, and therefore cannot fulfill. My refund for this whole experience cannot come soon enough.
Cons: Limited Class Offerings, Cancelled Classes

If you are looking for a multi-course meal, drinking a glass of wine while watching a chef come here. Sadly our experience was not hands on as advertised.
Pros: You can drink wine while watching a chef
Cons: but you pay for each glass on top of tips and class fees

who thought cooking could be so fun! They have a variety of classes and events for groups or on your own. I highly recomend taking a class, you will be hooked!
